مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

این شرکت جهت تکمیل کادر واحد مالی و حسابداری در سمت مدیر مالی و حسابداری از افراد واجد شرایط زیر دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

شرح وظایف:

• برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و کنترل فعالیت‌های مالی و بودجه‌بندی سازمان طبق چارچوب‌های قانونی و حقوقی.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی مالی به مدیریت در مورد جریان نقدینگی و دارایی‌های شرکت.
• ارائه راه‌حل‌های کوتاه مدت و بلندمدت به مدیریت ارشد جهت پیشبرد منافع استراتژیک سازمان.
• نظارت بر ترازنامه، صورتحساب سود و زیان و گزارش‌های مالی ماهیانه و سالیانه.
• همکاری با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی و مشاوران مالیاتی.
• مدیریت پرداختی‌های به‌موقع از جمله حقوق، هزینه‌های تنخواه، مالیات، بیمه و غیره.
• برقراری ارتباط موثر با موسسات مالی برای دریافت تسهیلات.
• کنترل و پیشگیری از ریسک‌های مالی وارده به شرکت در جهت بهره وری سازمانی.

شرایط احراز:

• جنسیت مد نظر: آقا. 
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری یا مدیریت مالی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مدیریت مالی در شرکت‌های پیمانکاری.
• مسلط به تهیه گزارشات مدیریتی و صورت‌های مالی.
• مسلط به تهیه و تنظیم و ارسال گزارشات سازمان امور مالیاتی.
• مهارت در کنترل کلیه امور مالی.
• توانایی و مهارت مدیریت تیم.
• مهارت مذاکره.
• مهارت تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط بحرانی.
• امکان رفتن به ماموریت در صورت لزوم.
• امکان حضور در هیئت‌های سازمان امور مالیاتی.
• امکان حضور در هیئت‌های تامین اجتماعی.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

شرایط همکاری:

• محل کار: محدوده شریعتی ـ میرداماد
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر.

• انعقاد قرارداد بیمه‌ای پس از تایید مدیر مربوطه.

Qualification conditions:
Gender: male
Having at least a bachelor's degree in the field accounting and financial management
Having at least 5 years of work experience in the field of financial management in contracting companies
Proficiency in preparing management reports and financial statements
Proficiency in preparing and adjusting and sending reports to the Tax Administration
Skill in controlling all financial affairs
ability and team management skills

possibility to go on mission if necessary
possibility to attend tax affairs organization delegations
Possibility to attend social security boards
* Familiarity with English language is an advantage Legal.
Presenting analytical reports Finance to the management about the company's cash flow and assets.
Providing short-term and long-term solutions to senior management to advance the organization's strategic interests.
Supervising the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and monthly and annual financial reports. .
Cooperation with internal and external auditors and tax consultants.
Management of timely payments including salaries, salary expenses, taxes, insurance, etc.
Establishing effective communication with financial institutions to receive Facilities.
Control and prevention of financial risks to the company in the direction of organizational productivity. Mission according to the amount of work performed if necessary
