سرپرست نگهداری و تعمیرات | Maintenance and Repair Supervisor

سرپرست نگهداری و تعمیرات مسئول نظارت، هدایت و بهینه‌سازی کلیه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با نگهداری پیشگیرانه، اصلاحی و اضطراری تجهیزات و ماشین‌آلات در راستای تضمین عملکرد مستمر و بدون وقفه خط تولید است. این فرد با توسعه و پیاده‌سازی سیاست‌ها و رویه‌های نگهداری، مدیریت تیم فنی، آموزش و ارزیابی عملکرد پرسنل و تحلیل داده‌های مربوط به عملکرد تجهیزات نقش کلیدی در افزایش بهره‌وری، کاهش هزینه‌ها و جلوگیری از خرابی‌های ناگهانی ایفا می‌کند. همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای برنامه‌ریزی، تولید و تامین قطعات از الزامات این شغل است.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت و رهبری بر فعالیت‌های روزانه تیم نگهداری و تعمیرات.
• توسعه و اجرای دستورالعمل‌ها و استانداردهای نگهداری و تعمیرات جهت ارتقاء بهره‌وری و کاهش توقفات.
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های نگهداری پیشگیرانه (PM) و اصلاحی (CM).
• همکاری با کارشناس برنامه‌ریزی نگهداری و تعمیرات برای زمان‌بندی فعالیت‌ها.
• آموزش، ارزیابی و انگیزه‌بخشی به نیروهای فنی زیرمجموعه.
• پایش و تحلیل داده‌های عملکردی تجهیزات برای شناسایی خرابی‌های مکرر یا الگوهای فرسایش.
• تهیه گزارش‌های فنی، عملکردی و مالی مرتبط با واحد نگهداری و ارائه به مدیریت.
• مدیریت بهینه منابع و قطعات یدکی با هدف کنترل هزینه‌ها.
• اطمینان از رعایت اصول ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست (HSE) در کلیه فعالیت‌ها.
• همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای تولید، تامین و انبار جهت هماهنگی فعالیت‌های تعمیراتی.

شرایط احراز:

تحصیلات:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی برق، مهندسی تاسیسات یا رشته‌های مرتبط.

تجربه کاری:

• حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در حوزه نگهداری و تعمیرات ترجیحاً در صنایع تولیدی یا کارخانه‌ای.
• حداقل 2 سال سابقه سرپرستی یا مدیریت تیم فنی.

مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌ها:

• مسلط به مفاهیم TPM ،PM ،CM ،RCM.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت نگهداری (مثل CMMS یا نرم‌افزار نت).
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی تعمیرات.
• مهارت در تحلیل داده‌های عملکرد تجهیزات.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم و برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
• تسلط نسبی به اصول کنترل هزینه و بودجه‌بندی واحد فنی.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای ایمنی و مقررات HSE.
• مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی و مستندسازی.

Occupational Description:

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Monitoring and leading the daily activities of the Maintenance and Repair Team
• Develop and implement maintenance and maintenance guidelines and standards to promote productivity and reduce stoppage

• Training, evaluating and motivating technical forces
• Monitoring and analyzing performance data to identify frequent failures or erosion patterns
• Preparation of technical, functional and financial reports related to the maintenance unit and presentation to the management of

Job Conditions:
Education:
• Minimum Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Installations or Related fields
Working Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in manufacturing or factory management
CM, RCM
• Introduction to Maintenance Management Software (such as CMMS or Net Software)
• Planning and timing of repair
• Skills in equipment performance analysis
• Team management ability and effective communication
• Relative mastery of cost control principles and technical budgeting
