افسر امور مالی عضو کلیدی تیم مالی هواپیمایی است که مسئولیت رسیدگی به عملیات مالی ، اطمینان از ثبات مالی و کمک به تصمیم گیری استراتژیک را بر عهده دارد. این نقش شامل ترکیبی از تخصص مالی فنی ، مهارت های تحلیلی و همکاری با بخش های مختلف است.
حساب های قابل پرداخت/دریافتنی: حسابهای قابل پرداخت و دریافتنی ، از جمله پردازش فاکتور ، پرداخت پرداخت و جمع آوری بدهی های معوقه را مدیریت کنید.
کنترل های داخلی: برای محافظت از دارایی های شرکت و اطمینان از یکپارچگی اطلاعات مالی ، کنترل های داخلی را توسعه داده و پیاده سازی می کند.

تهیه و ارائه گزارش های مالی از جمله درآمد حاصل از عملیات خدمات برنامه ریزی شده و بدون برنامه ریزی ، خدمات مرتبط و هزینه های مختلف عملیاتی ، گزارش های فعالیت حمل و نقل هوایی ماهانه ، از جمله آمار مسافر و بار توسط هواپیمایی به مدیریت ارشد ، برجسته کردن شاخص های کلیدی عملکرد و روند.
مدیریت بودجه: داده ها را ارائه دهید و بودجه ها را مدیریت کنید ، عملکرد مالی را پیش بینی کنید و جریان نقدی را برای حمایت از سلامت مالی هواپیمایی کنترل کنید. توسعه و مدیریت پیش بینی عملیاتی هواپیمایی و روند بودجه.

• تجربه: حداقل 5 سال تجربه در امور مالی ، با حداقل 2 سال تجربه نظارت.

• مهارت نرم افزار: آشنایی با نرم افزار حسابداری و ابزارهای گزارشگری مالی.

The Finance Officer is a key member of the airline's finance team, responsible for handling the financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and contributing to strategic decision-making. This role involves a blend of technical financial expertise, analytical skills, and collaboration with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Tax & SSO reporting: Preparation of financial statements, Tax return, monthly payroll tax, VAT, SSO and all local legal reports.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment disbursements, and collection of outstanding debts.
Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
Audit Support: Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial matters.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Preparation of financial reports and monthly closing process, analyze financial data, and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
Prepare and present financial reports including revenue from scheduled and nonscheduled service operations, related services, and various operational costs, monthly aviation activity reports, including passenger and cargo statistics by airline to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
Budget Management: Provide data and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and monitor cash flow to support the airline's financial health. Develop and manage the airline's operating forecast and budget process.
Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements unique to the aviation industry, Tax & SSO regulations.
Maintain adherence to currency control regulations, international banking standards, and local financial laws for cross-border transactions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, Sales, airport and senior management, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, such as Airport, Governmental Organizations, and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting and full experience of Tax SSO and local Statuary books.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills inn English for interacting with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve financial issues and discrepancies.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the airline industry, its specific financial regulations, and market dynamics is preferred.
