شرح موقعیت شغلی و نمای کلی شرکت:
ما به دنبال یک مدیر ارشد مالی (CFO) برای پیوستن به یک شرکت پیشرو در صنعت FMCG با 20+ شرکت تابعه و برخی فعالیت‌ها در بازار بین‌المللی هستیم. این شخص تحول فرایندهای مالی شرکت را به یک ساختار جامع هدایت می‌کند. بنابراین توانایی وی در مقابله با عدم قطعیت‌ها و داشتن استراتژی‌های کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت نقش اساسی در موفقیت در این نقش دارد.
مسئولیت‌های اصلی عبارتند از:
- طراحی و مدیریت بودجه‌های عملیاتی و استراتژیک با هدف بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها و به حداکثر رساندن سودآوری.
- تجزیه‌وتحلیل دقیق داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی برای تصمیم‌گیری بهتر.
- مدیریت جریان نقدینگی و تضمین نقدینگی کافی برای عملیات روزمره.
- نظارت بر رعایت استانداردهای حسابداری و قوانین مربوط به مالیاتی.
- شناسایی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی در زمینه‌های تأمین مالی، سرمایه‌گذاری و عملیات.
- توسعه استراتژی‌های تأمین مالی برای حمایت از پروژه‌های توسعه و رشد بازار.
- همکاری با مدیرعامل و تیم ارشد برای تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های مالی طولانی مدت.
شرایط احراز:
- تجربه کار در نقش CFO یا موقعیت‌های مالی مشابه ترجیحاً در صنعت FMCG.
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
- تسلط کامل به برنامه‌ریزی مالی، مدیریت بودجه و تحلیل مالی.
- دانش جامعی از اصول حسابداری، قوانین مالیاتی و اقتباس‌های مالی.
- تجربه در تأمین مالی پروژه‌ها، مدیریت سرمایه‌گذاری و افزایش ارزش سهامدار.
- مسلط به پیش‌بینی جریان نقدی و برنامه‌ریزی مالی در شرایط متغیر بازار.
- مسلط به توسعه و آموزش تیم‌های مالی و حسابداری.
- تفکر استراتژیک و دیدگاه تجاری قوی.
- مهارت‌های حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری.

Company Overview:
We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading FMCG company with 20+ subsidiaries and some operations in the international market. This person will lead the transformation of the company's financial processes into a comprehensive structure. Therefore, his/her ability to deal with uncertainties and have short-term and long-term strategies is essential to success in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and manage operational and strategic budgets to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Accurately analyze financial data and provide management reports for better decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
- Identify, analyze and manage financial risks in the areas of financing, investment and operations.
- Develop financing strategies to support development projects and market growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO and senior team to develop and execute long-term financial plans.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a CFO role or similar financial position, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Thorough command of financial planning, budget management and financial analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial derivatives.
- Experience in project financing, investment management, and shareholder value enhancement.
- Proficient in cash flow forecasting and financial planning in changing market conditions.
- Proficient in developing and training finance and accounting teams.
- Strategic thinking and strong business vision.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
