مسئولیت‌ها:

• پیگیری، برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل موجودی موارد و اقلام مختلف مورد نیاز سازمان و واحدهای مختلف در مقاطع زمانی مشخص و موارد درون انبار.
• طراحی، اعلام و اجرای فرایندی مناسب در جهت دریافت نیازمندی‌های جدید سازمان و واحدهای مختلف.
• مقایسه نیازمندی‌های جدید سازمان با موجودی اقلام برای تعیین اختلاف موجود و برنامه‌ریزی برای پوشش آن.
• آماده‌سازی و ارائه گزارشات مورد نیاز مربوط به این اقلام به تیم مالی سازمان و سایر ذی‌نفعان و به‌روزرسانی مستمر این گزارشات.
• ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از وضعیت موجودی انبار و موارد مرتبط و همینطور تهیه گزارش‌های بصری.
• انجام و برنامه ریزی انبارگردانی بصورت دوره‌ای و تهیه گزارش از آن.
• تحلیل و بهبود فرآیندهای مرتبط با کنترل موجودی و انبار.
• کاهش هزینه‌های انبارداری از طریق بهینه‌سازی فضای انبار و کاهش ضایعات و همینطور هزینه‌یابی انبار و انبار داری و ارائه راه‌حل‌های کاهش آن.
• محاسبه نقطه سفارش مجدد و تامین کالاهای مختلف و برنامه‌ریزی آن.

• اشراف و شناخت کامل نسبت به نیازهای مصرفی و سرمایه‌ای یک سازمان.
• آشنایی با سیستم و حسابداری انبار و تنخواه‌گردان.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم و قوانین مالی و مالیاتی.
• درک عمیقی از فرآیندهای زنجیره تأمین و چگونگی بهینه‌سازی آن.
• آشنایی کامل با راهکارهای مدیریت تدارکات.
• توانایی شناسایی و حل مشکلات مرتبط با موجودی.
• مسلط به اکسل و توانایی استفاده از توابع و فرمول‌های متنوع و توانایی استفاده از دیگر ابزارهای مجموعه آفیس.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و استفاده از ابزارهای نرم‌افزاری برای پیش‌بینی تقاضا و بهینه‌سازی موجودی (مزیت).

Responsibilities:

Track, plan, and control the inventory of various items and items required by the organization and different units at specific times and items within the warehouse.

Design, announce, and implement an appropriate process to receive new requirements of the organization and different units.

Compare the organization's new requirements with the inventory of items to determine the existing difference and plan to cover it.
Prepare and present the required reports related to these items to the organization's finance team and other stakeholders and continuously update these reports.
Provide periodic reports on the status of inventory and related items, as well as prepare visual reports.
Conduct and plan periodic inventory management and prepare reports from it.
Analyze and improve processes related to inventory and warehouse control.
Reducing warehousing costs by optimizing warehouse space and reducing waste, as well as costing warehouse and warehousing and providing solutions to reduce it.
Calculating the reorder point and supplying various goods and planning it.
Qualification requirements:

Complete knowledge and understanding of an organization's consumption and capital needs.
Familiarity with warehouse and cash management systems and accounting.
Familiarity with financial and tax concepts and laws.
Deep understanding of supply chain processes and how to optimize them.
Complete familiarity with logistics management solutions.
Ability to identify and solve inventory-related problems.
Proficient in Excel and the ability to use various functions and formulas, and the ability to use other Office suite tools.
Ability to analyze data and use software tools to predict demand and optimize inventory (advantage).
