بازرس کنترل کیفیت | Quality Control Inspector

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی پلیمر، مهندسی شیمی، مهندسی مواد، علوم آزمایشگاهی، صنایع غذایی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل دو سال تجربه در زمینه کنترل کیفیت در صنعت بسته‌بندی (ترجیحاً در صنایع غذایی، دارویی یا مشابه).
• آشنایی با ISO 9001 ،FSSC 22000 ،HACCP ،GMP (مزیت محسوب می‌شود).

مهارت‌های فنی:

• توانایی انجام تست‌های کنترل کیفیت (مکانیکی، فیزیکی، شیمیایی و میکروبیولوژیکی).
• آشنایی با دستگاه‌های آزمایشگاهی و ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری (کالیپر، میکرومتر، تست‌های کشش و نفوذپذیری بسته‌بندی).
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تهیه گزارش‌های کنترل کیفیت (QC Reports).
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای آفیس (Excel ،Word ،PowerPoint) و ترجیحاً نرم‌افزارهای آماری (Minitab) ـ در آینده جهت جاری‌سازی کنترل کیفیت آماری مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

مهارت‌های نرم:

• دقت بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و تعهد کاری.
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط مؤثر با واحدهای تولید، انبار و تضمین کیفیت.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت بر کیفیت مواد اولیه، فرآیند تولید و محصول نهایی در خطوط بسته‌بندی.
• انجام آزمون‌های کنترل کیفی (مانند تست نشتی، مقاومت حرارتی، کشش، چسبندگی، نفوذپذیری به اکسیژن و رطوبت).
• بررسی انطباق محصولات با استانداردهای داخلی و بین‌المللی.
• مستندسازی نتایج آزمایش‌ها و گزارش‌دهی به واحد تضمین کیفیت (QA).
• پیاده‌سازی و پایش دستورالعمل‌های کنترل کیفیت (SOP).
• مشارکت در حل مشکلات کیفی و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی.
• همکاری در بازرسی‌های داخلی و ممیزی‌های خارجی.

Degree: Minimum BA in Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Laboratory Sciences, Food or Related Industries
Work experience: at least 2 years of quality control in the packaging industry (preferably in the food, pharmaceutical or similar industries)

Mastery of Standards: Introduction to ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP (advantage)

Technical Skills:

Ability to conduct quality control tests (mechanical, physical, chemical and microbiological)

Introduction to Laboratory Devices and Measurement Tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Packaging Tests and ...)

Ability to analyze data and produce Quality Control Reports (QC Reports)

Mastery of Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably statistical software (Minitab) (in the future is an advantage for streamlining statistical quality control)


Soft skills:

High accuracy, responsibility and work commitment

The ability of teamwork and effective communication with production units, warehouses and quality assurance



Duties and responsibilities:
Monitor the quality of raw materials, the production process and the final product in the packaging lines
Perform qualitative control tests (such as leakage testing, thermal resistance, stretching, adhesion, oxygen permeability and moisture, etc.)
Investigating products with domestic and international standards
Documentation of test results and reporting to Quality Association (QA)
Implement and monitor quality control instructions (SOP)
Participation in solving qualitative problems and providing corrective solutions
Cooperation in internal inspections and external audits
