شرایط احراز :

دارای مدرک کارشناسی در رشته حسابداری، مالی یا رشته‌های مرتبط

تسلط به ماژول های دفتر کل، انبار و دارایی ثابت نرم افزار راهکاران

آشنایی کافی با حسابداری پیمانکاری

توانایی تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌گیری دقیق

آشنایی کافی با اکسل جهت تنظیم گزارشات

دقت بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و توانایی انجام کار تیمی

حداقل 5 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در حوزه حسابداری

شرح وظایف:

کارشناسی و رسیدگی پیمان و ثبت اسناد مالی مرتبط

کنترل ورود و خروج کالا و انطباق با حواله‌ها و فاکتورها

پیگیری گردش کالاها و کنترل موجودی انبار به منظور جلوگیری از کسری و اضافه

سرکشی به سایت های پروژه جهت کنترل های دوره ای و لیست برداری اموال

بررسی و تطبیق اسناد و مدارک انبار با اطلاعات حسابداری

تهیه گزارش‌های مالی و گزارش‌های موجودی انبار

هماهنگی با واحدهای پروژه، بازرگانی و مالی جهت به‌روزرسانی داده‌ها (در خصوص انتقال اموال در سایت های پروژه)

تکمیل کلیه گزارشات مربوط به انبارگردانی و حسابرسی‌های دوره‌ای و اصلاح مغایرت‌ها

mastery of the general ledger, warehouse and fixed asset modules of the solutions software
and sufficient familiarity with contracting accounting
and the ability to analyze data and accurate reporting
and sufficient familiarity with Excel to prepare reports
and high accuracy, responsibility and the ability to work in a team
and has Having at least 5 years of related work experience in the field of warehouse accounting
Qualified people are invited to cooperate, so the relevant job description is as follows:
Accounting and processing of contracts and registration of related financial documents
Controlling the arrival and departure of goods and compliance with remittances and invoices
Following the circulation of goods and controlling warehouse inventory in order to prevent shortages and excesses
Rebellion to project sites for periodic controls and property inventory
Checking and compliance documents and warehouse documents with accounting information
preparation of financial reports and warehouse balance reports
coordination with project, commercial and financial units to update data (regarding the transfer of property in project sites)
completion of all reports related to warehouse management and periodic audits and correction of discrepancies Software solutions solutions
Sufficient familiarity with contracting accounting
Ability to analyze data and accurate reporting
Sufficient familiarity with Excel to set up reports
High accuracy, responsibility and ability to work in a team
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of warehouse accounting
