مسئولیت‌ها:

• راهبری سیستم‌های مکانیزه حسابداری، صندوق، حقوق و دستمزد و دارایی ثابت.
• برقراری ارتباط با بانک‌های طرف حساب شرکت.
• پیگیری گشایش اعتبارات اسنادی و تسهیلات.
• پیگیری و کنترل حساب‌های تنخواه گردان‌ها.
• پیگیری و گـزارش اشتباهات موجود درحساب‌ها از نقطه نظر سرفصل و کدینگ حساب‌ها و اقدام درجهت اصلاح اشتباهات.
• تأیید هر نوع گزارش از جمله گزارشات دریافت، پرداخت و اموال و نظارت بر صحت و سقم دفاتر قانونی و ثبت ماشینی.
• نظارت بر گزارشات نقدینگی.
• نظارت برفرآیند محاسبات حقوق و بیمه و مالیات حقوق.
• کنترل پرداخت‌ها با توجه به دستورالعمل‌های موجود.

• مسلط به راهکاران.
• مسلط به اکسل.

مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و گزارش‌دهی مالی.
• توانمند در انجام کار تیمی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر.
• توانمند در مدیریت زمان و سازماندهی.
• صداقت و پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی.
