هلدینگ آواکتان، شرکتی پیشرو در صنعت فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای و مراکز خرده‌فروشی، به دنبال یک مدیر اجرایی است. این نقش بر نظارت و هدایت پروژه‌های ساخت‌وساز و راه‌اندازی تمرکز دارد؛ با هدف اطمینان از تکمیل به‌موقع و موفقیت‌آمیز پروژه‌ها و رعایت استانداردهای کیفی نت (نگهداری و تعمیرات).
شرح شغل:
- نظارت و مدیریت کل فرآیند پروژه‌های ساختمانی از آغاز تا پایان.
- برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی پروژه‌ها با استفاده از نمودار گانت.
- حفظ ارتباط با تیم‌های مهندسی و پیمانکاران برای اطمینان از اجرای موفق پروژه‌ها.
- برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی تعمیرات و نگهداری.
- انجام بازرسی‌های کیفی و تطبیق با مقررات نظام مهندسی.
- گزارش‌دهی منظم از پیشرفت پروژه به مدیریت ارشد شرکت.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی عمران.
- داشتن مدرک نظام مهندسی.
- تجربه قوی در مدیریت پروژه‌های ساختمانی.
- مسلط به ابزارهای برنامه‌ریزی پروژه.
- آشنایی با اصول نگهداری و تعمیرات.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مدیریتی.
