شرکت پیشگام رایان داده پژوه به دنبال یک مهندس پشتیبانی فنی با توانایی ارائه خدمات مشتری عالی و مهارت در نرم افزار برای مکان خود در اصفهان است. این نقش نیازمند فردی است که توانایی حل مسائل فنی را داشته و به تیم فناوری اطلاعات در ارائه بهترین خدمات ممکن کمک کند.
مسئولیت ها:
- ارائه پشتیبانی فنی به مشتریان برای حل مشکلات نرم افزاری و فنی
- تشخیص و رفع اشکالات در نرم افزار
- همکاری با تیم فنی برای بهبود عملکرد سیستمها
- پاسخگویی به سؤالات کاربران و ارائه راهنماییهای لازم
- مدیریت و پیگیری ticketهای پشتیبانی تا زمان حل کامل مشکلات
- تست و بررسی سامانه های موجود
- آموزش کاربران در استفاده بهینه از نرمافزارها
- مستندسازی مسائل و روند حل آنها جهت ارائه گزارشهای دورهای
شایستگی ها:
- دارای مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی کامپیوتر یا حوزههای مرتبط
- تجربه عملی در ارائه خدمات پشتیبانی فنی
- آشنایی با زبان برنامهنویسی پایتون
- توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و ارائه خدمات مشتری عالی
- مهارت در حل مسائل و توانایی کار تحت فشار
- آشنایی با انواع روش های تست و بررسی کارایی و کیفیت

This role requires a person who has the ability to solve technical problems and help the IT team in providing the best possible services.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to customers to solve software and technical problems
- Diagnosing and fixing bugs in the software
- Cooperating with the technical team to improve system performance
- Answering users' questions and providing necessary guidance
- Managing and following up support tickets until the problems are fully resolved
- Testing and checking systems Available
- Training users in the optimal use of software
- Documenting problems and their solution process to provide periodical reports
Competencies:
- Having a degree in computer engineering or related fields
- Practical experience in providing technical support services
- Familiarity with Python programming language
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
- Skill in solving problems and the ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with various testing methods and efficiency checks and quality
