Responsibilities:

• Plan, track, and follow up on project progress in close collaboration with technical and product team and stakeholders
• Support the Product Manager with daily tasks such as documentation, prioritization, and coordination
• Monitor and follow up on processes like code review and quality control (QC) to ensure proper execution and identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and help remove potential blockers
• Actively contribute to improving workflows and suggesting solutions to enhance team efficiency and alignment

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and follow tasks through to completion
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with product-related workflows is a plus
• Degree in Computer Engineering or knowledge of programming is considered a strong advantage
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally
•  Ability to multitask and effectively follow up on parallel workstreams
