ما به‌دنبال یک مدیر محصول خلاق، ساختارمند و با درک عمیق از فین‌تک و بازار رمزارز هستیم تا مسیر توسعه محصولات سرمایه‌گذاری، ترید و ابزارهای تحلیلی کپیتالی‌نو را هدایت کند. در این نقش، شما نقطه اتصال بین تیم فنی، طراحی، مارکتینگ و مدیریت هستید و مسئول خلق تجربه‌ای بی‌نقص برای کاربران خواهید بود.

مسئولیت‌ها:

تدوین استراتژی محصول بر اساس نیاز بازار و تحلیل رقبا

نگارش و اولویت‌بندی بک‌لاگ محصول و تعریف دقیق User Storyها

مدیریت چرخه عمر محصول از ایده تا اجرا و ارزیابی عملکرد

دریافت بازخورد از کاربران و بهینه‌سازی مستمر تجربه محصول

طراحی و پایش شاخص‌های عملکردی محصول (Product KPIs)

بررسی داده‌های رفتاری کاربران و استفاده از آن برای تصمیم‌گیری محصولی


الزامات:

فقط و فقط ساکن مشهد

حداقل 3 سال تجربه در مدیریت محصول، ترجیحاً در فین‌تک یا SaaS

آشنایی عمیق با مفاهیم رمزارز، صرافی دیجیتال و ابزارهای سرمایه‌گذاری

توانایی تحلیل بازار، طراحی Product Roadmap و تدوین PRD

درک فنی خوب و توانایی گفتگو مؤثر با تیم توسعه

تفکر کاربرمحور، مهارت ارتباطی بالا و روحیه حل مسئله

مزیت محسوب می‌شود اگر:

سابقه ساخت یا توسعه پلتفرم‌های ترید یا سرمایه‌گذاری داشته باشید

تجربه A/B تست یا کار با ابزارهای تست محصول داشته باشید

سابقه رهبری تیم‌های چندوظیفه‌ای (Cross-functional) را داشته باشید

We are looking for a creative, structured product manager with a deep understanding of fintech and the cryptocurrency market to lead the development of new capital investment products, trading and analytical tools. In this role, you are the connection point between the technical team, design, marketing and management and you will be responsible for creating a perfect experience for users.

Responsibilities:

Developing product strategy based on market needs and competitor analysis

Writing and prioritizing the product backlog and accurately defining User Stories

Managing the product life cycle from idea to implementation and performance evaluation

Receiving feedback from users and continuously optimizing the experience Product

Designing and monitoring of product performance indicators (Product KPIs)

Examining users' behavioral data and using it for product decision-making


Requirements:

Residents of Mashhad only

At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or SaaS

In-depth familiarity with the concepts of cryptocurrency, digital exchange and investment tools

Ability to analyze Market, Product Roadmap design and PRD drafting

Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate effectively with the development team

User-oriented thinking, high communication skills and problem-solving spirit

It is an advantage if:

You have experience in building or developing trading or investment platforms

You have experience in A/B testing or working with product testing tools

You have experience in leading cross-functional teams
