شرح شغل:
- بررسی کیفیت و قیمت محصولات و مذاکره با تأمین‌کنندگان برای رسیدن به بهترین نتیجه.
- شناسایی کامل بازار و تأمین‌کنندگان و ثبت اطلاعات حیاتی.
- دسته‌بندی تأمین‌کنندگان و ارزیابی اولیه و دوره‌ای آن‌ها جهت تصمیم‌گیری در خصوص ادامه فعالیت با آن‌ها.
- تهیه بانک اطلاعاتی از تأمین‌کنندگان کالا و خدمات و به‌روزرسانی.
- شناسایی و بررسی و بازدید از کارخانجات تولید کننده محصولات.
- مذاکره و توافق با تامین‌کنندگان محصول برای تحویل به موقع کالاها.
- برقراری ارتباط موثر با واحد انبارها و پیگیری موجودی کالاها.
- پیگیری نیازهای واحدهای مختلف سازمان و خرید موارد مورد نیاز آن‌ها.
- بررسی و مقایسه کالاهای کاندید برای خرید و انتخاب بهترین مورد.
- مدیریت کل بودجه و عملیات تامین منابع.
- بررسی گزارش‌های مالی و انجام مذاکرات بر اساس آن‌ها.
- در صورت نیاز، کمک به بهبود مدیریت بودجه و دارایی.
- یادداشت و نگهداری تمامی سوابق خریدهای انجام شده، هزینه‌ها، تحویل کالاها، کارایی محصول و موجودی‌ها.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت کسب‌وکار، حسابداری یا رشته‌های مشابه.
- ترجیحا آشنایی با بازار و تأمین‌کنندگان صنعت رنگ و مواد شیمیایی.
- ترجیحا آشنایی با مواد و ملزومات در صنعت رنگ و مواد شیمیایی.
- سابقه کار در صنعت خودروسازی.
- آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزارهای Office.
- آشنایی با رایانه و اینترنت.
- توانایی در تحلیل بازار و گزارش‌دهی.
- توانایی تشخیص قیمت‌های مناسب و همکاری با تامین‌کنندگان.
- فن بیان قوی.
- آشنایی با اصول مذاکره سودمند (مهارت چانه‌زنی).
- روابط عمومی قوی.
- رازدار و امانت‌دار.
- حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
