• Train employees in beverage know-how and develop their innovative thinking and team collaboration in technical aspects
• Collaboration in cost-saving opportunities such as the use of alternative raw materials, product reformulation, product re-engineering, product shelf-life extension and process improvements
• Cooperation in analyzing current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Work closely with various departments, including operation, QC, supply chain and marketing to foster a culture of innovation and renovation
• Collaboration with the supply chain team for RM and PM sourcing, developing suppliers and quality improvements
• Responsible for lab pilot and equipment, and methods.
Requirements,
Education:
Min Ms. in food science and technology, food engineering and related fields.
Experience:
• Min. 6 years of experience in a related field.
• Having a record of assist management in the R&D department is preferable.
Skills:
• Acceptable technical background and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving abilities, research and recommended solutions for technical concerns, including formula/product structural changes, ingredient replacements, label or manufacturing requirements, and product quality.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, specially know-how in beverage formulation and process.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Acceptable team management abilities with commitment to deliver high-quality results, and foster a positive and collaborative team culture
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
