کارشناس مهندسی کارگاهی و نظارت تفسیر جوش | Workshop Engineering Expert and Welding Interpretation Supervision

شرکت طراحی و ساختمان نفت (ODCC)، به عنوان یکی از شرکت‌های پیشرو در صنعت نفت و پتروشیمی ایران، در پروژه تهران و واحد مهندسی نظارت کارگاهی، جهت تکمیل تیم تخصصی خود، از آقایان با سابقه 13 تا 20 سال مرتبط با عنوان کارشناس مهندسی کارگاهی و نظارت تفسیر جوش دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

*شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر فرایند جوشکاری و اجرای روش های استاندارد(WPS,PQR)
• بررسی تطابق جوش ها با نقشه ها و مشخصات فنی
• انجام و یا نظارت بر تست های غیر مخرب جوش
• بررسی و تایید پیشرفت کارها و تهیه گزارش های مربوطه
• شناسایی مغایرت ها و ارائه دستور کار یا پیشنهاد اصلاح به سرپرست نظارت
• بررسی و تایید گزارش های پیمانکاران و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها و دستورالعمل های ایمنی
• همکاری با دفتر فنی و تیم اجرا جهت رفع ابهامات و تایید مدارک فنی

*مهارت ها و شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با شرح وظایف مدیریت طرح (PMC) در پروژه‌های نفتی و EPC
• دارای سابقه کاری مرتبط 13 تا 20 سال
• تسلط بر استانداردهای جوشکاری و بازرسی و توانایی انجام و تفسیر تست های غیر مخرب جوش
• دقت بالا، توانایی کار تیمی و هماهنگی مؤثر با دفتر فنی و کارگاه

Job description:
Supervision of the welding process and implementation of standard methods (WPS, PQR)
Checking the compliance of welds with drawings and technical specifications
Perform or monitor non-destructive welding tests
Check and confirm the progress of works and prepare related reports
Identify discrepancies and submit an agenda or suggest corrections to the supervision supervisor
Check and confirm contractors' reports and ensure compliance with safety standards and instructions
Cooperate with the technical office and the implementation team to resolve ambiguities and confirm technical documents
Skills and qualification requirements:
Complete familiarity with the Project Management Task Description (PMC) in the project Hi Nafti and EPC
with relevant work experience of 13 to 20 years
mastery of welding and inspection standards and the ability to perform and interpret non-destructive welding tests
high accuracy, ability to work in a team and effective coordination with the technical office and workshop
