HB Board به دنبال جذب افرادی است که با تخصص، تجربه و انگیزه در جهت بهبود کیفیت و توسعه فناوری‌های نوین در صنعت تولید ورق‌های اکسید منیزیم گام بردارند.

شرح وظایف مسئول فنی:

فرمولاسیون و توسعه محصول:

• طراحی و توسعه فرمولاسیون‌های جدید برای پانل‌های اکسید منیزیم به منظور بهبود خواص فیزیکی، مکانیکی و شیمیایی محصولات.
• انجام آزمایشات مختلف بر روی فرمولاسیون‌های جدید و ارزیابی عملکرد آن‌ها.
• بهینه‌سازی فرمولاسیون‌ها بر اساس نتایج آزمایشات و بازخوردهای مشتریان.
• توسعه محصولات جدید با توجه به نیازهای بازار و روندهای صنعت.
• مطالعه و بررسی آخرین تحقیقات و فناوری‌های مرتبط با تولید پانل‌های اکسید منیزیم.

کنترل کیفیت:

• تدوین و اجرای استانداردهای کنترل کیفیت برای محصولات و مواد اولیه.
• نظارت بر آزمایشات کنترل کیفیت در مراحل مختلف تولید.
• آنالیز داده‌های آزمایشگاهی و ارائه گزارشات فنی.
• شناسایی و رفع مشکلات در فرآیند تولید.
• اطمینان از تطابق محصولات با استانداردهای ملی و بین‌المللی.

بهبود فرآیند تولید:

• تحلیل فرآیند تولید و شناسایی گلوگاه‌ها.
• پیشنهاد و اجرای تغییرات در فرآیند تولید برای افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
• بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی و مواد اولیه در فرآیند تولید.
• کاهش ضایعات و افزایش بازده تولید.

تحقیق و توسعه:

• انجام پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی در زمینه بهبود خواص پانل‌های اکسید منیزیم.
• همکاری با دانشگاه‌ها و مراکز تحقیقاتی برای توسعه فناوری‌های جدید.
• مطالعه و بررسی آخرین دستاوردهای علمی در زمینه مواد و فرآیندهای تولید.
• پیگیری و همکاری در دریافت مجوزهای دانش‌بنیان و خلاق.

مستندسازی:

• تهیه و نگهداری از مستندات فنی شامل فرمولاسیون‌ها، دستورالعمل‌های تولید، گزارشات آزمایشگاهی و سایر اسناد مرتبط.
• ایجاد یک سیستم برای حفظ اطلاعات فنی.

همکاری با سایر بخش‌ها:

• همکاری نزدیک با بخش تولید، فروش و بازاریابی برای رفع نیازهای مشتریان و بهبود عملکرد کلی محصول.
• ارائه مشاوره فنی به سایر بخش‌ها در مورد مسائل مرتبط با محصول.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا دکتری در رشته‌های مهندسی مواد، مهندسی شیمی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج سال تجربه در زمینه تحقیق و توسعه، فرمولاسیون، یا کنترل کیفیت در صنایع مشابه.
• مسلط به شیمی و مهندسی مواد با تمرکز بر تولید پانل های ساختمانی.
• آشنایی با مواد اولیه و فرآیند تولید پانل های ساختمانی.
• توانایی انجام آزمایشات مختلف و تحلیل داده‌های آزمایشگاهی.
• مهارت‌های حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط بحرانی.
• توانایی کار گروهی و ارتباط موثر با سایر بخش‌ها.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی شبیه‌سازی و تحلیل داده‌ها.
• دانش استانداردهای ملی و بین‌المللی مرتبط با صنعت ساختمان.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
