مدیر کارگاه شیرینی پزی | Pastry workshop Manager

* وظایف و مسئولیت ها:
- نظارت بر فرآیند تولید انواع شیرینی خشک و تر و دسر
- برنامه ریزی و کنترل کیفیت محصولات تولیدی
- مدیریت نیروهای کارگاهی و تقسیم وظایف روزانه
- هماهنگی با بخش تدارکات و انبار جهت تامین مواد اولیه
- رعایت اصول بهداشت و ایمنی در محیط کار
- هماهنگی با بخش لجستیک و پخش
** شرایط احراز:
- مدارک کارشناسی و بالاتر در رشته های صنایع غذایی، مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع و رشته های مرتبط (رشته های مرتبط با صنایع غذایی در اولویت قرار دارند)
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کار مرتبط در کارگاه تولید شیرینی یا قنادی
- ماژول های انبار و چارگون و راهکاران در حد متوسط
- آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای پخت، بسته بندی و نگهداری شیرینی
- توانایی مدیریت نیرو و نظم دهی به فرآیند تولید
- دقت بالا، مسئولیت پذیری و روحیه تیمی

* Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the production process of all kinds of dry and wet sweets and desserts
- Planning and quality control of manufactured products
- Management of workshop forces and division of daily tasks
- Coordination with the procurement and warehouse department to supply raw materials
- Compliance with the principles of health and safety in the work environment
- Coordination with the logistics and distribution department
** Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's degrees and higher in the fields of food industry, management, industrial engineering and related fields (fields related to food industry are given priority)
- At least three years of relevant work experience in a pastry or confectionery workshop
- Warehouse and chargon modules and solutions at an average level
- Full familiarity with the processes of baking, packaging and storage of sweets
- Ability to manage staff and organize the production process
- High accuracy, responsibility and team spirit
