سرپرست چیدمان | Merchandising Supervisor

هدف اصلی این شغل بهبود دیده شدن و در دسترس بودن محصولات بر اساس پلنوگرام و قواعد مرچندایزینگ از طریق سرپرستی تیم مرچندایزرها است.
وظایف اصلی:
سرپرستی تیم مرچندایزها.
بررسی و کنترل کیفیت انجام فرایندهای مرچندایزنگ در مسیر.
بازبینی مسیرها و اطمینان حاصل کردن از اینکه تمام فروشگاه های برتر، در مسیرهای تعریف شده قرار دارند.
تعریف و کنترل اهداف ماهانه و شاخص های کلیدی عملکرد برای تیم.
ارزیابی عملکرد و میزان دستیابی به اهداف هر کدام از اعضای تیم.
تهیه گزارش فعالیت رقبا و جمع آوری آمار و اطلاعات لازم از مارکت.
تهیه گزارش های عملکردی و تعریف و پیاده سازی اقدامات بهبود.
شرایط احراز:
حداقل مدرک دیپلم.
2 سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه.
مهارت متوسط در استفاده از نرم افزار اکسل.
مسلط به مباحث مرتبط با پلنوگرام و اصول مرچندایزینگ.
آشنا با مدیریت روابط مشتریان.
مهارت گزارش دهی.
توانایی مدیریت و توان افزایی تیم.
توانمند در حل مسئله.

The primary objective of this role is to enhance product visibility and availability based on planograms and merchandising rules by supervising a team of merchandisers.

Main Responsibilities:
Supervising the merchandising team.
Reviewing and ensuring the quality of merchandising processes along the designated routes.
Inspecting routes to ensure all key stores are included in the defined routes.
Setting and monitoring monthly goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Evaluating the performance and goal achievement of each team member.
Reporting competitor activities and gathering necessary market data and statistics.
Preparing performance reports and designing and implementing improvement actions.

Job Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma.
Two years of work experience in a similar position.
Intermediate proficiency in using Excel software.
Strong knowledge of planograms and merchandising principles.
Familiarity with customer relationship management.
Reporting skills.
Team management and empowerment capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
