شرح وظایف:

نظارت بر عملکرد پیمانکاران
تحلیل بازار، عملکرد رقبا و گزارش دهی منظم
نظارت حضوری بر عملکرد پروموترها یا تیم‌هایی که در فروشگاه‌ها فعالیت می‌کنند
همکاری در بریف و بکارگیری آژانس های همکار در حوزه ترید مارکتینگ و بهینه سازی انتخاب آژانس ها بر اساس گزارشات کیفی
تهیه و ارائه گزارش بازخورد قیمت گذاری های جدید، پروموشن ها و تخفیفات شرکت و رقبا (از طریق سرکشی به تمامی لاین های فروش و رصد رقبا) در سطح بازار و از همکاران تیم فروش و اعلام نتایج به سرپرست واحد ترید
نظارت بر چیدمان محصولات در شلف فروشگاه ها مطابق با پلنوگرام های تعریف شده و اطمینان از اجرای صحیح برندینگ در فروشگاه‌ها
همکاری در امور اجرایی، ایونت ها و نمایشگاه ها با تیم مارکتینگ

Duties:

Supervise the performance of contractors
Analyze the market, performance of competitors and regular reporting
Face-to-face supervision of the performance of promoters or teams operating in stores
Cooperate in the brief and employ partner agencies in the field of trade marketing and optimize the selection of agencies based on quality reports
Prepare and provide feedback reports on new pricing, promotions and discounts of the company and competitors (through fraud) to all sales lines and monitoring competitors) at the market level and from the colleagues of the sales team and announcing the results to the supervisor of the trade unit
Supervising the arrangement of products on the store shelves in accordance with the defined planograms and ensuring the correct implementation of branding in the stores
Cooperation in executive affairs, events and exhibitions with the marketing team
