تحصیلات:
حداقل مدرک لیسانس در آن، علوم کامپیوتر، یا یک رشته مرتبط.

گواهینامه ها:
گواهینامه های صنعت ترجیحی عبارتند از a+، network+، mcsa , ccna.

تجربه:
حداقل 3 سال در پشتیبانی، پشتیبانی دسکتاپ یا مدیریت سیستم.

مهارتهای فنی:
سیستم عامل: مهارت در مدیریت ویندوز و لینوکس روی سرورها و دسکتاپ ها.
o Networking: درک مفاهیم شبکه مانند سوئیچینگ/مسیریابی، tcp/ip، vpns و فایروال ها و فناوری های مجازی سازی مانند vmware و hyper-v.
o امنیت: درک اصول امنیتی آن از جمله حفاظت از داده‌ها و کنترل‌های دسترسی.
o ابزار: تجربه با ابزارهای نظارت و مدیریت، زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی و سیستم‌های فروش بلیط.
o itil: دانش مفاهیم itil (کتابخانه زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات).
o توانایی نظارت بر sla (توافق سطح خدمات) و تجزیه و تحلیل عملیات.
o مدیریت مجوز: تجربه در مدیریت مجوزهای نرم افزار.
o هماهنگی فروشنده: توانایی هماهنگی با فروشندگان و پیمانکاران.

مهارت های نرم:
توانایی توضیح مسائل فنی پیچیده به کارکنان غیر فنی، خود شروع کننده که می توانند به طور مستقل کار کنند و مشکلات را حل کنند، توانایی انطباق با شرایط در حال تغییر و یادگیری فن آوری های جدید، توانایی اولویت بندی کارها و مدیریت موثر زمان، توانایی آموزش و مربیگری جوان. همکاران

بررسی اجمالی نقش
مهندس پشتیبانی آن در گروه‌های aron بخش مهمی از تیم ما است که مسئول ارائه کمک‌های فنی از راه دور و پشتیبانی مربوط به سیستم‌های کامپیوتری، سخت‌افزار یا نرم‌افزار است. اهداف کلیدی برای این موقعیت شامل حصول اطمینان از عملکرد روان و کارآمد سیستم های آن، حل مسائل فنی، و ارائه آموزش و پشتیبانی به کارکنان، همه در حین کار از راه دور است.

مسئولیت های کلیدی:
• پشتیبانی فنی: ارائه پشتیبانی فنی مطمئن و به موقع از همه اعضای تیم.
• عیب یابی: تشخیص و رفع مشکلات سیستم و شبکه.
• نگهداری سیستم: مدیریت و نگهداری منابع داخلی و ابری.
• امنیت: پیاده سازی و کنترل‌ها و پروتکل‌های امنیتی را برای محافظت از داده‌ها و کنترل دسترسی حفظ کنید.
• بهبود سیستم: شناسایی و پیاده‌سازی فرصت‌هایی برای افزایش پایداری، عملکرد و امنیت زیرساخت‌های فناوری ما.
• مستندسازی: توسعه و نگهداری اسناد برای تسهیل دانش اشتراک گذاری در تیم.
• همکاری: همکاری نزدیک با مهندسین زیرساخت و توسعه دهندگان برنامه برای اطمینان از عملکرد روان محیط کار

What We Are Looking For:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, application support, or software debugging roles.

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages used in our software projects (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.).
• Debugging Tools: Experience with debugging tools and techniques for the relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and their impact on application performance.
• Scripting: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for automation and task management.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with application performance monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Troubleshooting Methodologies: Ability to apply structured troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
• Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.

Role Overview:

The IT Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging assistance for our company's software projects. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our software applications by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues that may arise. This role involves working closely with development teams, monitoring application performance, and providing timely resolution to reported bugs or errors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our company's software applications.
• Bug Identification and Resolution: Analyze and debug reported issues, errors, or bugs in our software projects, working closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Application Monitoring: Monitor the performance and health of our software applications, proactively identifying potential issues and taking preventive measures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues, resolutions, and procedures for future reference.
• Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with development teams to share insights and knowledge gained from troubleshooting and debugging experiences, contributing to the overall improvement of our software products.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on the usage and troubleshooting of our software applications.
