کارشناس برنامه‌ریزی تولید | Production Planning Expert

شرح وظایف کلیدی:

• توسعه و نگهداری از برنامه‌های تولید به منظور اطمینان از تولید و تحویل به‌موقع.
• هماهنگی با بخش‌های مختلف (خرید، تولید، لجستیک) برای هم‌راستایی منابع با نیازهای تولید.
• تحلیل داده‌های تولید و تنظیم برنامه‌ها برای رفع تأخیرات یا کمبودهای منابع.
• نظارت بر سطوح موجودی به منظور بهینه‌سازی تعادل بین تقاضا و عرضه.
• اجرا کردن بهترین شیوه‌ها برای پیش‌بینی تولید و افزایش کارایی.
• تولید گزارش‌ها در مورد معیارهای تولید و عملکرد برای بررسی مدیریت.
• شناسایی حوزه‌های بهبود فرآیند و کار بر روی پروژه‌هایی به منظور افزایش بهره‌وری.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی تولید یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• تجربه اثبات‌شده در برنامه‌ریزی تولید در بخش تولید؛ تجربه در صنعت شیمیایی امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی و آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای برنامه‌ریزی تولید.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و حل مسئله عالی.
• قابلیت کار تیمی و مدیریت چندین وظیفه به طور همزمان.

Description of key duties:
Development and maintenance of production schedules to ensure production and delivery on time.
Coordination with different departments (purchasing, production, logistics) to align resources with production needs.
Analyzing production data and setting plans to address delays or resource shortages.
Monitoring inventory levels to optimize the balance between demand and supply.
Implementing best practices to forecast production and increase efficiency.
>Generate reports on production and performance metrics for management review.
Identify process improvement areas and work on projects to increase productivity. Industrial, manufacturing or related fields.
Proven experience in production planning in the manufacturing sector; Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with production planning software.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
