Social Media Specialist(AroBus)

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist to manage and grow Arobus Social Medias. This role involves planning and publishing content, photographing and brand moments, writing engaging captions, and interacting with followers.

key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule posts, stories, and reels based on a content calendar
• Respond to comments and direct messages using the brand’s tone of voice
• Analyze content performance and provide monthly reports on growth, engagement, and audience feedback
• Photograph products, behind-the-scenes moments, events, and brand highlights for Instagram
• Write creative captions aligned with Aro’s brand identity
• Design interactive stories (polls, Q&A, quizzes, product showcases, etc.)
• Coordinate with Marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and seasonal promotions
• Stay updated on Instagram trends and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy
• Suggest innovative ideas to boost engagement and attract new followers

Requirements      

• Proficiency in photography (mobile or professional camera) and photo editing
• Familiarity with Instagram tools and analytics (e.g., Insights, Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite)
•  Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging captions
• Creative mindset, organized workflow, and passion for digital media and fashion
