• نظارت ، برنامه‌ریزی ، مدیریت و بهبود کلیه فرآیندهای تولید و منابع به منظور کاهش ضایعات ، افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌ها
• رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های تولید و ایجاد محیط کاری انگیزشی و پویای تیمی
