کارشناس تضمین کیفیت / کنترل کیفیت | QA/QC Expert

مسئولیت ها:

• توسعه ، پیاده سازی و حفظ سیاست ها و رویه های QA/QC برای اطمینان از طراحی طراحی با استانداردها و مقررات صنعت. QA/QC برای تیم های مهندسی و سایر ذینفعان اهمیت دارد.
• بررسی و تصویب مستندات پروژه ، از جمله برنامه های کیفیت ، برنامه های بازرسی و آزمایش و روش های کنترل کیفیت.
• با تأمین کنندگان و پیمانکاران فرعی برای حمایت از استانداردهای کیفیت در سراسر زنجیره تأمین. مدیر) ، برجسته کردن معیارهای کلیدی و زمینه های نگرانی.
• در مورد آخرین روندها و پیشرفت های شیوه های QA/QC آگاه باشید و آنها را در فرآیندهای شرکت گنجانید.

• حداقل 3-5 سال تجربه مربوطه در QA/QC.
• تجربه صنعت نفت و گاز
• دانش جامع از استانداردهای QA/QC استانداردها ، روشها و بهترین روشها. 9001 ، ASME ، API یا استانداردهای کیفیت مشابه.
• آشنایی با الزامات نظارتی و استانداردهای صنعت.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies and procedures to ensure design compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead QA/QC activities across multiple projects, ensuring all engineering deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on QA/QC matters to engineering teams and other stakeholders.
• Review and approve project documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans, and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to uphold quality standards throughout the supply chain.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present QA/QC reports to senior management (HSEQ Manager), highlighting key metrics and areas of concern.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in QA/QC practices and incorporate them into company processes.
• Lead the development and enhancement of metrics, reporting mechanisms, and processes to ensure performance, compliance, and asset integrity align with business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Mechanical Engineering or …)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC.
• Oil and Gas industry experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with QA/QC software and tools.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ASME, API or similar quality standards.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Skill in identifying technical gaps and developing solutions.
