شرح شغل:

• کنترل روزانه فاکتورهای فروش، نظارت بر فروش داروهای خاص، شیمی درمانی و تحت کنترل به مراکز مجاز و جلوگیری از بروز تخلف در فروش این اقلام (عدم وجود فروش غیر مجاز و غیر متعارف).
• نظارت بر اجرای کلیه دستورالعمل‌ها، آیین‌نامه‌ها، ضوابط و بخشنامه‌های صادره از سوی سازمان غذا و دارو.
• نظارت براجرای کلیه دستورالعمل‌ها، ضوابط و بخشنامه‌های صادره از سوی مسئول فنی ستاد.
• نظارت بر شرایط نگهداری و چیدمان داروها منطبق با استانداردهای شرکت سازنده، اداره کل نظارت بر امور دارو یا دستورالعمل‌های شرکت و ارائه راهکار برای پیشگیری از بروز خطا در موارد مذکور.
• نظارت بر رعایت شرایط استاندارد نگهداری داروها در عملیات حمل‌ونقل و توزیع.
• اطمینان از تکمیل و ارسال به موقع و صحیح چک لیست‌ها و نظارت بر تخلیه و ذخیره منظم اطلاعات دیتالاگرها و ارسال به مسئول فنی ستاد.
• گزارش نمودن تمامی موارد مرتبط با شرح وظایف و نیز نواقص، کمبودها و حوادث و مسائل مربوط به معاونت‌های غذاودارو به مدیر مرکز و مسئول فنی ستاد.
• کنترل گراف لاگرهای حمل دارو، گزارش انحرافات دمایی و اطمینان از عدم فروش داروهای قرنطینه شده.
• برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی اطلاعات دارویی و آموزش کلیه دستورالعمل‌های مرتبط با انبارش، حمل‌ونقل و غیره به پرسنل مرکز.
