شرح شغل:

• طراحی و اجرای کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی (محیطی، رسانه‌ای و دیجیتال).
• مدیریت کامل حضور سازمان در نمایشگاه‌های تخصصی (داخلی و خارجی).
• استفاده خلاقانه از تکنیک‌های گوریلا مارکتینگ برای افزایش دیده‌شدن برند.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم فروش و تولید محتوا.
• برقراری و پیگیری ارتباط مؤثر با تأمین‌کنندگان حوزه تبلیغات، نمایشگاه و اقلام بازاریابی.
• پایش، ارزیابی و گزارش‌گیری اثربخشی کمپین‌های بازاریابی.

شرایط همکاری:

• مدیر مستقیم: معاون فروش و بازاریابی.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 تا 16 و پنجشنبه‌ها از 8 تا 12.
• نیاز به سفر کاری: بله، در صورت لزوم.

Objective of the role: We need this role to support our core marketing and market development objectives. The primary goal of hiring a Marketing Supervisor is to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, enhance brand image in both domestic and international markets, and effectively support sales through targeted campaigns.

List of responsibilities:
* Designing and executing advertising campaigns (outdoor, media, and digital)
* Fully managing the company’s participation in specialized exhibitions (domestic and international)
* Applying creative guerrilla marketing techniques to boost brand visibility
* Collaborating closely with the sales and content production teams
* Establishing and maintaining effective communication with suppliers in advertising, exhibitions, and marketing materials
* Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director.
Subordinates: Content and Graphic Design Specialists.
Length of Probation Period: : 3-Month.
