ما به دنبال یک کارشناس IT با تجربه هستیم که در زمینه پشتیبانی فنی سایت‌های وردپرسی، نگهداری شبکه و همچنین پشتیبانی سیستم‌های سازمانی مهارت داشته باشد. این فرد مسئولیت پشتیبانی زیرساخت‌های IT زیر نظر مدیر واحد انفورماتیک، پشتیبانی و بهینه‌سازی وب‌سایت وردپرسی و تضمین عملکرد بهینه شبکه و سرورهای سازمان را بر عهده خواهد داشت.

مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف:

پشتیبانی وب‌سایت‌های وردپرسی و بهینه‌سازی وب‌سایت:

• طراحی، توسعه و پشتیبانی سایت‌های وردپرسی سفارشی‌سازی قالب و افزون‌ها.
• مدیریت هسته وردپرس، پایگاه داده، و رفع خطاهای قالب و افزونه‌ها (دیباگ و تحلیل لاگ‌ها).
• بهینه‌سازی سرعت و عملکرد سایت کاهش زمان لود صفحات.
• مدیریت هاست و منابع سرور cPanel.
• افزایش امنیت وردپرس جلوگیری از حملات.
• مهاجرت وب‌سایت، پشتیبان‌گیری و بازیابی داده‌ها.

مدیریت سرورها، سیستم‌ها و شبکه:

• مدیریت، نگهداری و عیب‌یابی Windows Server ،Client نسخه‌های 2024 و 2022.
• مدیریت و نگهداری فایروال‌ها، سویچ‌ها، روترها، دوربین‌های مداربسته و پروتکل‌های امنیتی.
• مدیریت سیستم‌های امنیتی سازمانی ESET و Windows Defender.
• نظارت بر امنیت شبکه و سیستم‌ها و رفع تهدیدات (مانند بدافزار و حملات سایبری).

مجازی‌سازی و پشتیبان‌گیری:

• مدیریت، نگهداری و عیب‌یابی سرورهای مجازی VMware ESXi ،vCenter و Hyper-V.
• نگهداری محیط‌های مجازی هیبرید VMware و Hyper-V.
• نگهداری سیستم‌های پشتیبان‌گیری مثل Veeam Backup ،Replication ،Backup Exec.
• نگهداری و عیب‌یابی سرورهای HPE ،NAS Storage و پروتکل iSCSI.

مدیریت ایمیل و سیستم‌های ارتباطی:

• مدیریت، نگهداری و عیب‌یابی Outlook ،MDaemon و Exchange.
• مدیریت، نگهداری و عیب‌یابی ارتباطات صوتی سیستم‌های VoIP مبتنی بر FreePBX.

We are looking for an experienced IT specialist who is skilled in technical support, network maintenance, WordPress site management as well as organizational systems support. This person will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, support and optimization of WordPress website and guarantee optimization of the network and servers of the organization.

responsibilities and duties:
1. Server Management, Systems and Network:
• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server, Client 2024, 2022
• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, etc. DFS
• Manage and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, CCTVs and security protocols
• Managing ESET Organizational Security Systems, Windows Defender
• Monitoring network security and systems and threats (such as malware, cyber attacks). Virtualization and Backup:
• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot VMware ESXI, VCenter, and Hyper-V.
• Maintenance of VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments • Maintenance of backup systems such as Veeam Backup & Replication, Backup Exec
ISCSI
3. Email Management and Communication Systems:
• Full mastery of Microsoft Exchange Server, MDAEMON, and Email Services in CPanel
• Manage, maintenance and troubleshooting outlook, MDAEMON and Exchange
• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot voice communications voice communications VOIP -based VOIP
4. WordPress Support and Website Optimization:
• Design, Development, and Support of WordPress Sites Customize templates.
• WordPress's kernel management, database, and extensions and plugins (Dibag and Log Analysis). Website migration, backup, and data recovery.
