کارشناس ارشد UI/UX | Senior UI/UX Expert

شرح وظایف:

• ایده‌پردازی و خلق مفاهیم بصری برای تجربه کاربری.
• سناریوسازی برای تعاملات کاربری و تهیه نقشه‌های سفر مشتری.
• تولید تصاویر و محتوای بصری با استفاده از ابزارهای AI.
• طراحی و ارائه وایرفریم‌ها (Wireframe) و پروتوتایپ‌ها (Prototype) برای پروژه‌ها.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های توسعه برای پیاده‌سازی طراحی‌های ارائه شده.
• انجام تست‌های کاربری و بهبود مستمر طراحی‌ها بر اساس بازخورد کاربران.

شرایط سازمانی:

• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا سه‌شنبه از 8 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ چهارشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 4 عصر؛ (یک ساعت و نیم در روز شناوری).
• کار در یک محیط پویا و خلاق.
• امکانات سازمانی: پزشک سازمانی، روانشناس سازمانی، هدایای مناسبتی، پاداش‌های متعدد، روف گاردن و غیره.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی مورد نیاز:

• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای طراحی نظیر Figma ،Adobe XD ،Sketch.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای تولید تصاویر مبتنی بر AI نظیر MidJourney و DALL-E.
• آشنایی با اصول طراحی تعاملی (Interaction Design) و تجربه کاربری (User Experience).
• آشنایی با اصول و تکنیک‌های ایده‌پردازی و خلاقیت در طراحی.

شایستگی‌های رفتاری مورد نیاز:

• ایده‌پرداز و خلاق با توانایی خلق راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و متعهد به تحویل پروژه‌ها در زمان مقرر.
• انعطاف‌پذیر و توانایی تطبیق با تغییرات و شرایط جدید.
• روحیه کار تیمی و توانایی همکاری موثر با دیگر اعضای تیم.
• حداقل پنج سال تجربه فعالیت مشابه در زمینه طراحی UI/UX.

Close cooperation with development teams to implement the presented designs. Conducting user tests and continuous improvement of designs based on user feedback. Required specialized skills: Proficient in software. Design such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. Familiarity with AI-based image generation tools such as MidJourney and DALL-E. Familiarity with the principles of interaction design and user experience. Familiarity with the principles and techniques of ideation and Creativity in design. Required behavioral skills: Creative and creative with the ability to create innovative solutions. Responsible and committed to delivering projects on time. Flexible and able to adapt to changes and new conditions. Team work spirit and the ability to cooperate effectively with other team members. Required work experience: at least 5 years of similar work experience in the field of UI/UX design. Organizational conditions: Working hours and days: Saturday until Tuesday from 8 am to 5 pm; Wednesdays from 8 am to 4 pm; (one hour and a half per day of floating).
