این عنوان شغلی در چارت سازمانی شرکت رونیکس زیر نظر معاونت مالی رونیکس و به عنوان بالاترین عنوان شغلی واحد مالی شرکت خدمات پس از فروش رونیکس (رونیکس سرویس) فعالیت خواهد نمود. ما به دنبال فردی می‌گردیم که سخت‌کوش و متعهد باشد و بتواند کنترل و اجرای تمامی فرآیندهای واحد مالی شرکت خدمات پس از فروش را به همراه نفرات زیرمجموعه به عهده بگیرد.

فعالیت‌های شغلی:

• بررسی اسناد حسابداری صادر شده و کنترل مستندات مربوطه.
• بررسی صحت اقلام ثبت شده در سرفصل‌های مختلف تراز حسابداری.
• کنترل دستورپرداخت‌ها و صورت هزینه‌های تنخواه به جهت تطبیق با مقررات و آیین‌نامه‌های داخلی شرکت و رعایت صرفه و صلاح.
• هماهنگی و ارتباط با طرف‌های تجاری جهت تبادل مدارک و اطلاعات و مغایرت‌گیری حساب‌های فی‌مابین.
• تهیه گزارشات سود و زیان تجمیعی و بهای تمام شده و ارائه آن به مدیر مالی.
• بررسی و پرداخت لیست حقوق ماهانه و بیمه پرسنل.
• پیگیری لازم در خصوص پرداخت دیون مالیاتی از قبیل مالیات بر ارزش افزوده، مالیات عملکرد، برگه‌های قطعی مالیاتی، مالیات تکلیفی و اجاره.
• هماهنگی و همکاری لازم با تیم حسابرسی مستقل جهت ارائه گزارش و تایید صورت‌های مالی شرکت.
• همکاری با ممیزان مالیاتی، حسابرسان و همراهی کارشناس قانونی در زمان رسیدگی‌ها.
• انجام امور مربوط به انبارگردانی پایان سال و انتقال موجودی های انبار به سال مالی بعد.
• انجام امور مربوط به بستن حساب‌ها در پایان دوره مالی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد. 
• محدوده سنی: 28 تا 45 سال.
• جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا. 
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مرتبط همچون مدیریت مالی، حسابداری یا حسابرسی؛ رشته‌های نیمه مرتبط همچون مدیریت صنعتی یا مهندسی صنایع.

This job title will operate under the supervision of Ronix Financial Vice President and as the highest job title of the financial unit of Ronix After-Sales Service Company (Ronix Service).
We are looking for a hardworking and committed person who can control and implement all processes of the financial unit of the after-sales service company along with subordinates.

Qualification requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Work experience: 5 years and more.
Age requirements: 28 to 45 years.
Gender: Female, Male
Related fields: Financial management, accounting, auditing.
Semi-related fields: Industrial management, industrial engineering

Job activities
Reviewing issued accounting documents and controlling relevant documents.
Checking the accuracy of items recorded in various headings of the accounting balance.
Controlling payment orders and payroll expenses to comply with the company's internal regulations and bylaws and observing economy and prudence.
Coordination and communication with business partners to exchange documents and information and reconcile accounts between them.
Preparation of consolidated profit and loss reports and cost price and submission to the financial manager
Review and payment of monthly payroll and personnel insurance
Necessary follow-up regarding payment of tax debts such as value added tax, performance tax, final tax forms, withholding tax and rent
Necessary coordination and cooperation with the independent audit team to submit reports and approve the company's financial statements
Cooperation with tax auditors, auditors and legal expert during investigations
Performing matters related to year-end inventory management and transferring inventory to the next fiscal year
Performing matters related to closing accounts at the end of the fiscal period.
