کارشناس توسعه طرح ها | Project development expert

مسئولیت ها :

• مطالعات اولیه و امکان‌سنجی (Feasibility Study) و جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌های فنی، مالی، بازار و حقوقی مرتبط با پروژه‌ها
• برآورد هزینه‌های سرمایه‌ای (CAPEX) و عملیاتی (OPEX) و تحلیل بازگشت سرمایه (ROI, IRR, NPV)
• تدوین برنامه کسب‌وکار (Business Plan), طراحی ساختار کسب‌وکار، مدل درآمدی و برنامه بازاریابی و تحلیل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها (SWOT Analysis)
• بررسی وضعیت بازار داخلی و بین‌المللی مرتبط با محصولات یا خدمات مورد نظر پیش‌بینی تقاضا، قیمت‌گذاری و ارزیابی ریسک‌های بازار
• همکاری با واحدهای فنی، مالی، بازرگانی و حقوقی در جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و نهایی‌سازی طرح
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیر توسعه طرح‌ها و مدیریت ارشد و نگارش مکاتبات رسمی، پروپوزال‌ها و گزارش‌ها به زبان انگلیسی
• تهیه و تدوین گزارش‌های امکان‌سنجی (FS / TEFS) مطابق با استانداردهای UNIDO یا IFC
• همکاری در تهیه مستندات لازم جهت اخذ مجوزات صنعتی یا زیست‌محیطی و آماده‌سازی بسته‌های اطلاعاتی جهت مذاکره با بانک‌ها، سرمایه‌گذاران و نهادهای مالی
• نگارش Business Plan جامع به زبان انگلیسی برای ارائه به سرمایه‌گذاران یا بانک‌ها
• شرکت در جلسات فنی و مدیریتی جهت ارائه تحلیل‌ها و پیشنهادات اصلاحی

پیش نیازها :

• آشنایی با روش‌های تحلیل مالی و اقتصادی پروژه‌ها (NPV, IRR, Payback, Cash Flow)
• تسلط بر استانداردهای بین‌المللی تدوین FS و BP
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای Excel (پیشرفته)، Word، PowerPoint و در صورت امکان COMFAR یا معادل آن
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی (خواندن، نوشتن و مکاتبات حرفه‌ای)
شایستگی های فردی:
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط مؤثر با بخش‌های مختلف سازمان
• دقت بالا، تفکر تحلیلی و منظم
• تعهد به زمان‌بندی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و ارائه کار با کیفیت بالا

شرایط احراز :

• کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در یکی از رشته‌های مهندسی (صنایع، شیمی، مکانیک)، مدیریت، اقتصاد یا رشته‌های مرتبط
• حداقل 3 - 5 سال تجربه در تدوین طرح‌های توجیهی، مطالعات امکان‌سنجی یا توسعه پروژه‌های صنعتی

Responsibilities: Feasibility study and collection and analysis of technical, financial, market and legal data related to projects Estimation of capital costs (CAPEX) and operational costs (OPEX) and return on investment analysis (ROI, IRR, NPV) Development of business plan, design of business structure, revenue model and marketing plan and analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT Analysis) Investigating the domestic and international market situation related to the desired products or services, forecasting demand, pricing and evaluating market risks
• Cooperating with technical, financial, commercial and legal units in collecting data and finalizing the plan
• Preparing and presenting analytical reports to the project development manager and senior management and writing official correspondence, proposals and reports in English
• Preparing and compiling feasibility reports (FS / TEFS) in accordance with UNIDO or IFC standards
• Cooperating in preparing Necessary documents for obtaining industrial or environmental permits and preparing information packages for negotiations with banks, investors and financial institutions
• Writing a comprehensive business plan in English to present to investors or banks
• Participation in technical and management meetings to provide analysis and corrective suggestions

Prerequisites:

• Familiarity with financial and economic analysis methods of projects (NPV, IRR, Payback, Cash Flow)
• Mastery of international standards Compilation of FS and BP
• Familiarity with Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint and, if possible, COMFAR or its equivalent
• Complete command of the English language (reading, writing and professional correspondence)

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments of the organization
• High accuracy, analytical and orderly thinking
• Commitment to scheduling, responsibility and providing high quality work

Qualification conditions :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the fields of engineering (industry, chemistry, mechanics), management, economics or related fields
• At least 3-5 years of experience in drafting explanatory plans, feasibility studies or development of industrial projects
