ما در شرکت آونگ به دنبال یک سرپرست فروش هستیم که دانش تخصصی و تجربی خوبی در زمینه فروش داشته باشد. این شخص علاوه‌ بر دانش تخصصی و فنی و شناخت بازار محصولات لوازم جانبی تلفن همراه می‌بایست؛ توانایی خوبی در برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان و بررسی بازار هدف این محصولات داشته باشد.

وظایف کلیدی:

• مدیریت تیم فروش: هدایت و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های تیم فروش، شامل تعیین اهداف و استراتژی‌های فروش.
• تحلیل بازار: بررسی و تحلیل روندهای بازار لوازم جانبی تلفن همراه و شناسایی مشتریان هدف.
• طراحی استراتژی‌های فروش: ایجاد و تدوین برنامه‌های بازاریابی و فروش مبتنی بر نیازهای بازار و رفتار مشتریان.
• برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان: برقراری روابط مشتری محور و ارائه مشاوره در خصوص محصولات.
• آموزش و توانمندسازی تیم: آموزش اعضای تیم فروش در خصوص ویژگی‌ها و مزایای محصولات و افزایش مهارت‌های فروش آن‌ها.
• گزارش‌دهی: تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از عملکرد فروش و ارائه تحلیل‌های لازم به مدیریت ارشد.
• مدیریت موجودی: نظارت بر موجودی محصولات و همکاری با تیم‌های لجستیک برای اطمینان از تأمین به موقع کالاها.
• نظارت بر رقبا: تحلیل فعالیت‌ها و استراتژی‌های رقبای بازار و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهبود عملکرد.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های مرتبط با فروش، بازاریابی، مدیریت، تجارت الکترونیک یا رشته‌های فنی مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در زمینه فروش و بازاریابی در بازار لوازم جانبی تلفن همراه.
• آشنایی کامل با بازار لوازم جانبی تلفن همراه.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی متقاعدسازی.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت زمان.
• مسلط به تکنیک‌های فروش و مذاکره جهت گسترش توافقات تجاری و شبکه فروش.
• مهارت‌های مدیریتی و رهبری.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی برای بررسی بازار و داده‌ها.

Conditions:
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in one of the relevant disciplines With sales, marketing, management, e -commerce or related technical disciplines
