در شرکت اگه سازان سبز، در صنعت رسانه و تبلیغات، برای نقش سرپرست فروش و بازاریابی در سطح مدیر میانی به دنبال فردی هستیم که توانایی هدایت تیم‌ فروش و بازاریابی را در جهت تحقق اهداف تجاری و ارتقاء برند داشته باشد. مکان این فرصت شغلی در تهران است.

مسئولیت ها:
-توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف تجاری شرکت
-مدیریت و هدایت تیم فروش و بازاریابی در جهت افزایش بهره‌وری
-تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید جهت افزایش سهم بازار
-برقرار کردن ارتباط موثر با مشتریان و شرکای تجاری برای تقویت روابط و افزایش وفاداری مشتری
-سازماندهی و اجرای کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی موفق به منظور تقویت حضور برند در بازار

شایستگی ها:
-تجربه کار مرتبط در زمینه بازاریابی و فروش
-مهارت‌های مدیریتی و توانایی هدایت تیم
-قابلیت برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و تحلیل بازار
-توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و روابط عمومی قوی
-شناخت صنعت تبلیغات و تحلیل داده های تبلیغاتی
