خلاصه شغل

ما به دنبال یک مهندس تست بسیار باتجربه و دقیق هستیم که مسئولیت تضمین کیفیت، عملکرد و قابلیت اطمینان برنامه‌های سلامت مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی ما را بر عهده بگیرد. این نقش نیازمند تخصص در تست تضمین کیفیت (QA) و تست خودکار است، با تمرکز ویژه بر تست API، Selenium و تست بارگذاری (Load Testing). فرد ایده‌آل باید دقت بالا و درک عمیقی از فناوری‌های مرتبط با سلامت، الزامات انطباق و ابزارهای تست داشته باشد.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی
• طراحی، توسعه و اجرای برنامه‌های جامع تست و سناریوهای تست، شامل روش‌های دستی و خودکار.
• انجام تست کامل API برای اطمینان از عملکرد، قابلیت اطمینان و امنیت یکپارچگی‌ها.
• توسعه و نگهداری اسکریپت‌های تست خودکار با استفاده از Selenium یا چارچوب‌های مشابه.
• انجام تست بار و عملکرد برای شناسایی و رفع گلوگاه‌ها و تضمین بهترین عملکرد نرم‌افزار.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های توسعه، محصول و مهندسی برای شناسایی نیازهای تست و ایجاد راهکارهای تست مقیاس‌پذیر.
• پایش، تحلیل و گزارش نتایج تست همراه با ارائه‌ی پیشنهادهای عملی برای بهبود محصول.
• به‌روز ماندن با بهترین روش‌ها، استانداردهای صنعتی و ابزارهای تست نوین در حوزه‌ی هوش مصنوعی و سلامت.
• راهنمایی و پشتیبانی از تسترهای جوان‌تر و ترویج فرهنگ کیفیت و بهبود مستمر.

شرایط لازم
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های علوم کامپیوتر، مهندسی نرم‌افزار یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل 5 سال سابقه در تست نرم‌افزار، با تأکید قوی بر تست دستی و خودکار.
• تخصص اثبات‌شده در تست API، چارچوب‌های تست خودکار (مانند Selenium) و ابزارهای تست بار.
• تجربه‌ی کار با برنامه‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی و یادگیری ماشین (AI/ML) مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• آشنایی با متدولوژی‌های اجایل (Agile) و یکپارچه‌سازی با خط لوله CI/CD.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی قوی، دقت بالا و توانایی حل مسئله.
• مهارت عالی در ارتباطات و توانایی همکاری مؤثر با تیم‌های مختلف.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous test engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our AI-driven health applications. This role requires expertise in QA testing and automated testing, with a strong focus on APIs, Selenium, and load testing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a robust understanding of healthcare-related technologies, compliance, and testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering both manual and automated testing approaches.
Conduct thorough API testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and security of integrations.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or other relevant frameworks.
Perform load and performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance.
Collaborate closely with development, product, and engineering teams to identify testing requirements and build scalable testing solutions.
Monitor, analyze, and report testing outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for product improvement.
Stay updated on best practices, industry standards, and new testing tools relevant to AI and healthcare applications.
Mentor and support junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing.
Proven expertise in API testing, automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium), and load testing tools.
Experience in testing AI/ML-driven applications is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
