مدیر پروژه | Project Manager

شرح شغل:

• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های پروژه با توجه به زمان‌بندی و بودجه تعیین شده.
• رهبری و هدایت تیم‌های پروژه برای اطمینان از انجام به موقع و با کیفیت کارها.
• برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با ذینفعان داخلی و خارجی برای هماهنگی برنامه‌های پروژه.
• نظارت بر پیشرفت پروژه و اجرای اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها و مقررات.
• حل مسائل و چالش‌های پروژه با استفاده از تکنیک‌های حل مسئله و استدلال کلامی.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه قوی در زمینه مدیریت پروژه در سطح مدیریت ارشد.
• مهارت‌های قوی در رهبری و هدایت تیم‌ها.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط به زبان انگلیسی.
• توانایی بالا در ارتباطات و اخلاق کسب و کار.
• مهارت در حل مسائل و ارائه راهکارهای مؤثر.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Power).
- Proven experience in project management within the oil and gas, refining, or petrochemicals industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and ethical decision-making.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
