مذاکره با شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل: توانایی گرفتن بهترین نرخ و شرایط قرارداد.
آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات گمرکی: انجام هماهنگی‌های گمرکی در بنادر و فرودگاه‌های خارجی.
مدیریت اسناد و مستندات: تهیه دقیق بارنامه‌ها، فاکتورها، مجوزها و اسناد حمل و نقل بین‌المللی.
فرآیند ثبت سفارش و تخصیص ارز: شناخت کامل رویه‌های مالی و ارزی مرتبط با واردات و صادرات.

-Technical and Professional Skills
Full proficiency in spoken and written Turkish (Istanbul dialect)
Proficiency in spoken and written English
International transportation management: Knowledge of air, sea, and land transport, route optimization, and precise scheduling
Negotiation with shipping companies: Ability to secure the best rates and contract terms
Customs regulations: Familiarity with customs procedures at foreign ports and airports
Documentation management: Accurate preparation of bills of lading, invoices, permits, and other international shipping documents
Order registration and currency allocation: Complete understanding of financial and currency procedures related to import and export

Planning and scheduling: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
