سرپرست کنترل کیفیت | Quality Control Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• مسئول نظارت، آموزش، راهنمایی و کنترل‌های کیفی.
• انجام امور سیستم،‌ کنترل کیفیت و آزمایشگاه.
• انجام به‌موقع و صحیح آزمایش‌ها و بازرسی‌های مورد نیاز محصول که در طرح‌های کنترل یا سایر مدارک فنی به آن‌ها اشاره شده است.
• اجرای دوره‌ای آدیت محصول، ارزیابی کیفیت محصول خروجی و استخراج داده کیفیت و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن.
• پایش و اندازه‌گیری مواد اولیه و محصول نهایی.
• اندازه‌گیری قابلیت توانمندی فرآیندهای تولید و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب برای افزایش توانمندی‌های ماشین‌آلات.
• پیدا کردن عدم انطباق در محصولات.
• مراقبت و محافظت از تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی و ابزار کنترلی موثر بر کیفیت محصول.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به کامپیوتر، اینترنت و نرم‌افزارهای مربوطه از قبیل Minitab و Office.
• عدم وجود موانع قانونی، حقوقی و سوء‌سابقه قبلی.
• اعتماد به نفس وقدرت تصمیم‌گیری.
• قابلیت رهبری سازماندهی.
• تسلط کامل به دانش و اطلاعات به‌روز در زمینه کیفیت.
• مهارت‌های واژه‌پردازی، نامه‌نگاری و سخنوری.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای صنعت.
• مسلط به مفاهیم و نیازمندی‌های استانداردهای سیستم.
• توان انجام MSA.
• توان انجام SPC.
• توان انجام آدیت محصول SQFE.
• آشنایی با تکنیک‌های آماری تحلیل دادها از قبیل پارتو، هسیتوگرام و غیره.
• آشنایی با استاندارد ISO/IEC 17025 نیازمندی‌های سیستم مدیریت آزمایشگاه.
• مسلط به مبانی و نیازمندی‌های سیستم مدیریت کیفیت.
• آشنایی با روش‌های بهبود کیفیت.

Supervisor of Quality Control
• Responsibility for supervision, training, guidance, quality controls.
• System affairs, quality control and laboratory.
• Timely and proper Cup tests and inspections of the product referred to in control plans or other technical documents.
• Periodic implementation of the product anadite, evaluation of the output product quality and the quality data extraction and its analysis.
• Monitoring and measurement of raw materials and final product
• Measurement of capability to produce processes and provide the right solutions to enhance machinery capabilities.
• Find non -compliance in products.
• Care and protection of laboratory equipment and control tools that affect product quality.
