ما به دنبال یک مهندس سیستم بسیار ماهر برای پیوستن به یک تیم پویا آن هستیم که از زیرساخت های پیچیده سازمانی پشتیبانی می کند. کاندیدای ایده‌آل تجربه عملی کار در محیط‌های عملیاتی لینوکس و مایکروسافت و همچنین با فناوری‌های مجازی‌سازی (vmware vsphere) خواهد داشت.
این نقش به یک متخصص فنی همه‌کاره نیاز دارد که عملیات مرکز داده را از انتها به انتها درک کند - از مدیریت سرور در محل تا مجازی‌سازی، نظارت و اتوماسیون. شما برای اطمینان از ثبات، عملکرد و امنیت سیستم در چشم‌انداز فناوری متنوع، با تیم‌های متقابل همکاری نزدیک خواهید کرد.
مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:
• مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی محیط‌های سرور لینوکس و ویندوز، اطمینان از در دسترس بودن و عملکرد.
• استقرار، پیکربندی• زیرساخت‌های فعال، پیکربندی، و نگهداری از زیرساخت‌های vmwarecent، vm> دایرکتوری، گروه خط‌مشی و سرویس‌های مربوط به مایکروسافت.
• نظارت بر سیستم‌ها، عیب‌یابی مشکلات و اجرای تعمیر و نگهداری پیشگیرانه.
• کمک به پشتیبان‌گیری، بازیابی فاجعه، و ابتکارات انطباق با امنیت.
• همکاری با شبکه و تیم‌های امنیتی برای حفظ عملیات سیستم یکپارچه.
• خودکارسازی وظایف با استفاده از powershell یا bash scripting.
• تنظیمات زیرساخت عملیاتی رویه‌ها.
نیازها:
• تجربه اثبات شده در مدیریت لینوکس (کلاه قرمزی، centos، اوبونتو).
• تسلط به سرور ویندوز (2016/2019/2022) و دایرکتوری فعال.
• درک قوی از vmware vsphere و مفاهیم مجازی‌سازی.
• مفاهیم پروتکل‌های مجازی‌سازی، pdhpdc، دانش شبکه vlans).
• تجربه نظارت بر سیستم، عیب یابی، و تنظیم عملکرد.
• تجربه اسکریپت نویسی (powershell، bash یا مشابه).

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join a dynamic IT team supporting complex enterprise infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across Linux and Microsoft operating environments, as well as with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere).
This role requires a versatile technical professional who understands data center operations from end to end — from on-premises server management to virtualization, monitoring, and automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance, and security across a diverse technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring availability and performance.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure (vCenter, ESXi, VMs).
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and related Microsoft services.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to maintain integrated system operations.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell or Bash scripting.
• Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of VMware vSphere and virtualization concepts.
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English proficiency – both written and spoken – is essential for this role.
Preferred:
• Certifications such as RHCE, MCSE, or VCP.
