شرح موقعیت شغلی:

این موقعیت هسته زیرساخت مهندسی R&D ما را تشکیل می‌دهد. شما مسئول ساخت، سخت‌گیری امنیتی (Hardening) و نگهداری محیط محاسباتی اولیه و پیاده‌سازی foundational principles Zero Trust در محیط توسعه خواهید بود. این نقش مستلزم تخصص در DevOps و امنیت عمیق سیستم است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

ساخت و سخت‌گیری امنیتی محیط محاسباتی امن (Linux، Spark node، و استک کانتینری).
پیاده‌سازی کنترل دسترسی قوی (WireGuard، MFA/Biometrics، Vault/YubiKey).
استقرار ابزارهای بنیادی توزیع‌شده: NATS JetStream، Weaviate، OPA و VLLM/Ollama.
ساخت عامل‌های پایه (Base Agents) و Wrapperهای اجرای امن.
پیکربندی زیرساخت قابل بازتولید (Reproducible Infrastructure) و ارکستراسیون امن (K3s).
پیاده‌سازی اصول Zero Trust در محیط توسعه و مهندسی.
مهارت‌ها و تجربه مورد نیاز:
تسلط بر DevOps: داخلی‌های Linux، K3s/Kubernetes، Docker/Podman.
امنیت زیرساخت: VPN، Vault، مدیریت گواهی‌نامه (Certificate Management)، سخت‌گیری SSH.
سیستم‌های توزیع‌شده: NATS/JetStream و مبانی طراحی رویدادمحور.
ابزارهای AI: تجربه با VLLM، Ollama، مدل routing و مبانی Embeddings.
زبان‌ها: تسلط قوی بر اسکریپت‌نویسی Bash و Python/Go.
تجربه ساخت محیط‌های امن در سطح تولید (Production-grade).

تجربه کار با معماری‌های توزیع‌شده پیچیده داشته باشید.
آشنایی با سیستم‌های GPU یا محاسبات با کارایی بالا (High-performance Compute) داشته باشید.

Job description:

This position forms the core of our R&D engineering infrastructure. You will be responsible for building, hardening and maintaining the primary computing environment and implementing the foundational principles of Zero Trust in the development environment. This role requires expertise in DevOps and deep system security.

Responsibilities:

Building and tightening the security of a secure computing environment (Linux, Spark node, and container stack).
Implement strong access control (WireGuard, MFA/Biometrics, Vault/YubiKey).
Deployment of distributed infrastructure tools: NATS JetStream, Weaviate, OPA and VLLM/Ollama.
Building Base Agents and Secure Execution Wrappers.
Reproducible infrastructure configuration and secure orchestration (K3s).
Implementation of Zero Trust principles in the development and engineering environment.
Required skills and experience:
Proficiency in DevOps: Linux internals, K3s/Kubernetes, Docker/Podman.
Infrastructure security: VPN, Vault, Certificate Management, SSH hardening.
Distributed systems: NATS/JetStream and the basics of event-driven design.
AI Tools: Experience with VLLM, Ollama, routing model and Embeddings basics.
Languages: Strong command of Bash and Python/Go scripting.
Experience in creating production-grade safe environments.

It is considered an advantage if:

Experience working with complex distributed architectures.
Be familiar with GPU systems or high-performance computing.
Have experience working with IaC (Terraform/Helm).
