Sepahan Batri Industrial Complex Company is looking for a senior customer relationship management expert to strengthen its sales and after-sales service team in Isfahan. This role requires effective communication with customers, management of communication and solving problems related to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Management and improvement of communication processes with customers
- Implementation of satisfaction programs from Customers in order to increase their satisfaction and loyalty
- Dealing with complaining customers and providing appropriate solutions to solve their problems
- Using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and improve customer interactions
- Regular reporting to the relevant supervisor and providing suggestions to improve processes
Competencies:
- Graduated in one of the management, business, or business trends
- Familiarity with customer satisfaction processes
- Familiarity with the processes of dealing with complaining customers
- Proficient in CRM software
- Having at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Compassionate and interested in solving other people's problems
