کارشناس فروش تلفنی | Sales Expert

شرح شغل:

• تماس با مشتریان فعلی و بالقوه به منظور معرفی و فروش محصولات.
• حفظ روابط بلندمدت با مشتریان.
• پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات و نیازهای مشتریان به صورت حرفه‌ای و دوستانه.
• ثبت و پیگیری سفارشات مشتریان و همکاری با تیم داخلی برای اطمینان از تحویل به موقع.
• گزارش‌دهی روزانه و هفتگی از فعالیت‌های فروش و پیشرفت‌ها به مدیر مستقیم.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری در حوزه فروش یا خدمات پس از فروش مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• مهارت‌های برقراری ارتباط قوی و توانایی مدیریت مکالمات تلفنی.
• مهارت در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت مشتری و دیتابیس‌های فروش.
• توانایی کار به صورت مستقل و در تیم.

Chika Company is looking for a number of motivated and committed telephone sales experts who can communicate with customers and help increase product sales. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively and manage time.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting current and potential customers in order to introduce and sell products.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. .
- Responding to customers' questions and needs in a professional and friendly manner.
- Registering and tracking customer orders and cooperating with the internal team to ensure timely delivery.
- Daily and weekly reporting of Sales activities and promotions to the direct manager.

Competencies:
- Work experience in the field of sales or after-sales service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and management ability. Telephone conversations.
- Skill in using customer management software and sales databases.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
