استخدام کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی ( ترجیحا سابقه فعالیت درحوزه واردات تجهیزات پزشکی)

- آشنایی به سامانه ی جامع تجارت، ثبت سفارش، تخصیص ارز، اخذ مجوز های لازم از سامانه صمت
- آشنایی به اسناد تجاری، اینکوترمز، حمل و بیمه کالا
- آشنایی به مفاهیم مربوط به تخصیص، خرید و حواله های ارزی
- تسلط کامل به کامپیوتر، مجموعه برنامه های آفیس
- توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با سازمان های مرتبط ( وزارت صمت، بازرگانی، غذا و دارو غیره )
- توانایی حل مسایل، خلاق و دارای روحیه ی تیمی جهت همکاری با واحدهای سازمانی ( انبار، فروش و واحد فنی مهندسی و مالی )
- تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی و مکاتبات تجاری خارجی و مکاتبات داخلی
- آشنایی و توانایی منبع یابی (SOURCING )
آشنا به سامانه های IMED
آشنا به سامانه TTAC
آشنا به سامانه غذا و دارو
توانایی مراجعه حضوری به ادارات و مراکز مرتبط

ساعت کاری: 8 الی 16:30 و پنجشنبه ها 8:30 الی 13:00 بصورت یک در میان

Hiring a foreign trade expert (preferably experience in the field of importing medical equipment)

- Familiarity with the comprehensive trade system, order registration, currency allocation, obtaining the necessary permits from the Samat system
- Familiarity with commercial documents, Incoterms, shipping and insurance of goods
- Getting to know the concepts related to allocation, purchase and currency transfers
- Complete mastery of computer, set of office programs
- Ability to communicate effectively with related organizations (Ministry of Privacy, Commerce, Food and Medicine, etc.)
- Ability to solve problems, creative and have a team spirit to cooperate with organizational units (warehouse, sales and technical engineering and financial units)
- Complete mastery of English and foreign business correspondence and domestic correspondence
- familiarity and ability to find sources (SOURCING)
Familiar with IMED systems
Familiar with the TTAC system
Familiar with the food and drug system
The ability to visit related departments and centers in person

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
