مهندس صنایع در شرکت نیرو موتور مسئول بهبود فرآیندها و کارایی در بخش تولید و بهره‌برداری است. این موقعیت نیازمند توانایی در حل مسئله و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای صنعتی می‌باشد تا بتوان به بهره‌وری بالاتر دست یافت.

شرح شغل:

• تحلیل و ارزیابی فرآیندهای تولیدی به منظور شناسایی نقاط ضعف و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود.
• توسعه و اجرای پروژه‌های بهینه‌سازی فرآیند با هدف کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش کارایی.
• همکاری با تیم‌های چند‌تخصصی برای طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های تولیدی کارآمدتر.
• تسهیل در پیاده‌سازی استانداردها و روش‌های کارآمد تولید.
• محل کار: خیابان وزرا.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• توانایی بالا در حل مسئله و تحلیل فرآیندهای تولیدی.
• آشنایی با ابزارها و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با بهبود فرآیند و تولید.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق و موثر.
• امکان رفت و امد به شهر قم (محل کارخانه) با وسیله شرکت.

The industrial engineer in Niro Motor Company is responsible for improving processes and efficiency in the production and operation sector. This position requires the ability to solve problems and optimize industrial processes in order to achieve higher productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and evaluation of production processes in order to identify weak points and provide improvement solutions
- Development and implementation of process optimization projects with the aim of reducing costs and increasing efficiency
- Cooperation with multi-specialty teams to design and implement more efficient production systems
- Facilitating the implementation of efficient production standards and methods Merit - Has a degree in industrial engineering
- High ability to solve problems and analyze production processes
- Familiarity with tools and software related to process and production improvement
