مهندس پروژه | Project Engineer

شرح وظایف:

• تهیه و ارائه گزارش.
• تهیه Sub-Vendor ،VPIS ،TQ.
• برگزاری و هماهنگی جلسات پروژه (مانند PIM و KOM).
• بررسی مدارک پیوست قرارداد شامل Specification ،TCL ،Technical Offer ،MR.
• بررسی پیشرفت پروژه و ارائه راهکارهای موثر برای بهبود روند پیشرفت پروژه زیر نظر مدیر پروژه.
• مشارکت با مدیر پروژه در شناسایی، ارزیابی و اولویت‌بندی اجرای اقدامات و به‌روزآوری ریسک‌های پروژه و انجام اقدامات اصلاحی.
• برقراری ارتباط و هماهنگی موثر با تیم مهندسی، تدارکات، ساخت و سایر هماهنگی‌های درون و برون سازمانی جهت پیگیری موارد پروژه.
• بررسی مدارک پروژه نظیر نقشه‌های 3D Model ،PFD ،PID ،WPS& PQR ،Procedures ،GA و تطابق آن با Specها، محاسبات و دیتاشیت‌ها، نقشه‌های استاندارد و مشخصات فنی پروژه.
• تهیه BOM و MR و سفارش‌گذاری تمامی متریال مورد نیاز پروژه و بررسی پیشنهادات فنی و همچنین پیگیری موارد تا ساخت، بازرسی و تحویل.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با تجهیزات ثابت و دوار صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• آشنایی با دپارتمان‌ها، فرآیندهای کاری و مدارک مهندسی صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• آشنایی با قراردادهای EPC.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم INCOTERMS.
• آشنای با AutoCAD ،Navisworks ،SOLIDWORKS،PVElite (CodCalc) ،ANSYS.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای Sec II و VIII (Div . 1،2).
• آشنایی با استانداردهای ASME Sec ،API (Pump and Compressor) ،TEMA ،IPS.
• آشنایی با روش‌های ساخت تجهیزات، جوشکاری و تست‌های غیرمخرب.
• آشنایی با تلرانس‌های هندسی و ابعادی.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کار در صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.

Description of duties:

Coordinating with the project manager in determining the priority and how to do the work
Holding meetings with different engineering departments and coordinating with the employer's engineering team< br>Participating in coordination meetings with the employer, contractors and builders
Communicating and cooperating with different departments of the engineering unit in order to resolve the technical issues of the employer and to respond appropriately to possible questions in order to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the prepared documents
Presenting reports to the manager Project related to project engineering activities
Monitoring the implementation and execution of processes defined in the organization's IMS integrated management system
Participating in identifying, evaluating and prioritizing the implementation of reactive measures to risks and monitoring and updating risks Project engineering
Holding technical meetings with relevant suppliers and manufacturers
Controlling the schedule and engineering performance
