• کار با نرم‌افزارهای مربوط به فروش تور.
• برقراری ارتباط با هتل‌های خارجی برای رزرو و پیگیری وضعیت‌ها.
• پیگیری درخواست‌ها و شکایات مشتریان تا حصول نتیجه.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مدیریت گردشگری.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در زمینه رزرو تورها و هتل‌های خارجی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی برجسته.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و کار در محیط پرفشار.

Golfam Safar, a leader in the travel, hotels, and tourism industry since 2014, is seeking an experienced professional for the Reservation of Tours and Foreign Hotels role. Based in Tehran, the candidate will be responsible for managing tour and hotel bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with travel agents and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process reservations for tours and foreign hotels
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
- Coordinate with travel agents and suppliers to secure bookings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to increase tour and hotel bookings

Qualifications:
- Degree in Tourism Management
- Proficient in tour sales software
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
