شرح شغل:

• پشتیبانی از مراحل پیاده‌سازی و بهره‌برداری از سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای شرکت.
• تشخیص و رفع مشکلات فنی مرتبط با شبکه و سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی.
• برقراری ارتباط با تیم‌های داخلی و مشتریان برای تضمین عملکرد صحیح سیستم‌ها.
• مستندسازی فرآیندها و راه‌حل‌های ارائه شده برای مسائل فنی.
• همکاری در توسعه و بهبود فرآیندهای عملیاتی مربوط به پشتیبانی فناوری اطلاعات.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه عملی در زمینه شبکه و پشتیبانی سیستم‌های فناوری اطلاعات.
• توانایی حل مسئله و تفکر تحلیلی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی جهت تعامل با مشتریان و تیم‌های داخلی.
• آشنایی با ابزارها و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با فناوری اطلاعات.
• آشنا با سیستم‌عامل لینوکس.
• آشنا با مفاهیم شبکه Firewall ،DNS و غیره.
• آشنا با ماشین‌های مجازی، داکر و کانتینرها.
• آشنا با مفاهیم پایگاه داده و ماکروسرویس‌ها.
• آشنا با سرویس‌های ابری.

Qualifications:
