ما به دنبال یک طراح گرافیک حرفه‌ای و خلاق هستیم که بتواند هویت بصری منسجم و تاثیرگذاری برای کمپین‌ها و برندهای مختلف ما طراحی و پیاده‌سازی کند. این موقعیت شغلی نیازمند طراحی انواع محصولات دیجیتال و چاپی، همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های بازاریابی، پشتیبانی و توسعه محصولات و همچنین مدیریت پروژه‌های طراحی است.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- طراحی هویت بصری منسجم برای کمپین‌ها و برندهای مرتبط.
- طراحی لوگو و عناصر گرافیکی برای برندها و شرکای آموزشی.
- تولید انواع محتواهای چاپی و دیجیتال شامل بنر، بروشور، پرزنتیشن و ایمیل مارکتینگ.
- طراحی آیتم‌های تبلیغاتی برای شبکه‌های مختلف آنلاین و آفلاین.
- مدیریت و هماهنگی امور چاپ و آماده‌سازی فایل‌های نهایی.
- ویرایش تصاویر و تهیه محتواهای گرافیکی مرتبط با وبسایت و شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
- استفاده و به‌کارگیری ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در فرایند طراحی.
ملزومات:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های طراحی گرافیک، ارتباط تصویری یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
- حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار حرفه‌ای در طراحی گرافیک، به ویژه در حوزه برندینگ و مارکتینگ.
- نمونه کار قوی (پورتفولیو) در زمینه طراحی هویت بصری، محصولات چاپی و دیجیتال.
- تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای ایلاستریتور، فتوشاپ، ایندیزاین.
- آشنایی کامل با اصول تایپوگرافی، رنگ‌شناسی، صفحه‌آرایی و تجربه کاربری.
- توانایی طراحی کمپین‌های چندکاناله شامل شبکه‌های اجتماعی، ایمیل مارکتینگ و تبلیغات آنلاین.
- مهارت‌های مدیریت پروژه و توانایی انجام چندین پروژه به‌صورت همزمان.
- مهارت بالای ارتباطی و توانایی کار تیمی.
- تجربه راهنمایی و منتورینگ طراحان جوان‌تر.
شرایط احراز:
- تسلط کامل و به‌روز بر ابزارها و نرم‌افزارهای هوش مصنوعی مرتبط با طراحی گرافیک مانند Adobe Firefly ،Midjourney ،DALLE و ابزارهای مشابه جهت افزایش کیفیت، سرعت و خلاقیت در طراحی‌ها به عنوان یک مهارت ضروری برای این موقعیت در نظر گرفته می‌شود.

Job description:
We are looking for a professional and creative graphic designer that can design and implement a coherent and effective visual identity for our various campaigns and brands. This job requires the design of a variety of digital and print products, close cooperation with marketing teams, support and development of products as well as design project management.
Responsibilities:
• Design of coherent visual identity for related campaigns and brands
• Logo design and graphic elements for brands and partners
• Produce a variety of print and digital content including banners, brochures, permutations and email marketing
• Design of promotional items for various online and offline networks
• Manage and coordinate printing and preparing final files
• Edit images and produce graphic content related to websites and social networks
• Use and apply artificial intelligence tools in the design process
Essentials:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in graphic design, video communication or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, especially in the field of branding and marketing
• A strong portfolio (portfolio) in the field of visual identity design, print and digital products
• Full mastery of Illustrator, Photoshop, Indezin software
• Full familiarity with the principles of typography, colorology, layout and user experience
• The ability to design multi -channel campaigns including social networks, email marketing and online advertising
• Project management skills and the ability to carry out multiple projects simultaneously
• High communication skill and teamwork ability
• Guidance and mentoring experience younger designers
Conditions:
