مدیر توسعه کسب وکار | Business Development Manager

شرح شغل:

• فعالیت در تجارت سموم خانگی و مدیریت فرآیند از مرحله طراحی محصول، بازاریابی، فروش و توسعه بازار.
• تهیه و تدوین نقشه راه توسعه محصول، شناسایی و تحلیل اکوسیستم کسب‌وکار و مستندسازی فرآیند توسعه محصول.
• انجام تحقیقات برای شناسایی بازارهای جدید و نیازهای مشتری و ایجاد روابط بلندمدت با مشتریان.
• جمع‌آوری بازخورد مشتری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها برای بهبود محصول.
• مدیریت جلسات کاری با مشتریان و توانایی انعقاد قراردادهای فروش.
• توسعه استراتژی، اهداف و برنامه‌های توسعه کسب‌وکار.
• ارائه ایده‌های خلاقانه برای توسعه کسب‌وکار.
• شناسایی و جذب کارشناسان مختلف برای توسعه این تجارت.
• اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های عملکرد و بررسی دلایل عدم تحقق آن‌ها.
• تهیه گزارش از فعالیت‌ها و ارائه آن به مدیریت ارشد.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8 صبح تا 3 ظهر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 8 صبح تا 12 ظهر.
• نیاز به سفر کاری: دارد.

Job Description:

Activity in the household chemicals business and process management from the product design, marketing, sales and market development stages.
Preparing and compiling a product development roadmap, identifying and analyzing the business ecosystem and documenting the product development process.
Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs and building long-term relationships with customers
Collecting customer feedback and analyzing data to improve the product
Managing business meetings with customers and being able to conclude sales contracts
Developing business development strategies, goals and plans
Providing creative ideas for business development
Identifying and attracting various experts to develop this business
Measuring performance indicators and examining the reasons for their non-fulfillment
Preparing reports on activities and presenting them to senior management
Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 3 pm; Thursdays from 8 am to 12 pm.
Requirement for business travel: Yes.
