تکنسین اجرایی | Executive Technician

شرح شغل:

• انتقال اطلاعات و نقشه‌های اجرایی از تیم طراحی به پیمانکاران.
• هماهنگی و نظارت بر پیمانکاران.
• نصب و راه‌اندازی تجهیزات مورد نیاز.
• پیگیری و نظارت مستمر بر امور اجرایی از مرحله صفر تا صد.
• کنترل اجرای صحیح کارها مطابق نقشه‌های اجرایی.
• پیش‌بینی و تأمین مصالح مورد نیاز پروژه و کنترل میزان مصرف.
• انجام امور نازک کاری.
• تهیه گزارش کتبی و شفاهی.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• حداقل دیپلم.
• مسلط به امور فنی و اجرایی و نظارتی ساختمان.
• مسلط به متره برآورد.
• مسلط به مصالح روز و کاربرد آن‌ها.
• مسلط به کار با ابزار.
• آشنایی با امور مکانیکی و الکتریکی ساختمان.

امتیازات:

• مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی.
• مسلط به دیتیل‌های اجرایی و فاز 2.
• مسلط به ضوابط شهرداری.

Requirements:


Work history: at least 3 years of related work experience

Job description:



Transfer of information and maps Executive from the design team to the contractors
Coordinating and supervising the contractors, installing and setting up the required equipment
Continuous follow-up and supervision of the executive affairs from zero to one hundred
Controlling the correct execution of the works according to the executive plans
Anticipation and provision of materials required for the project and control of consumption
