مسئولیت ها :
انجام بازاریابی و جذب در سراسر کشور عراق و ارتباط مستقیم با آژانس‌های مسافرتی
برقراری و حفظ روابط مؤثر با مشتریان و ارائه خدمات با مهارت فروش بالا
ارائه پرزنت حرفه‌ای طبق استراتژی های سازمان به زبان عربی
برقراری ارتباط تلفنی با مشتریان در صورت نیاز
همکاری با تیم داخلی سازمان به زبان فارسی برای هماهنگی‌های داخلی
ارائه پرزنت حرفه‌ای به آژانس‌ها همراه با آموزش اولیه استفاده از سیستم و خدمات شرکت
برنامه‌ریزی و شناسایی آژانس‌های هدف در بازار عراق و مراجعه هدفمند بر اساس اولویت‌بندی
نیازمندی‌ها:
آشنایی با صنعت گردشگری و خدمات مسافرتی
مهارت ارائه و مذاکره و پرزنت
تسلط کامل به زبان عربی و فارسی (Farsi)
مهارت‌های ارتباطی عالی و توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با مشتریان
توانایی کار با کامپیوتر و نرم‌افزارهای Office
توانایی کار مستقل در محیط میدانی
حداقل سابقه مورد نیاز: یک سال در صنعت گردشگری
هزینه اسکان و رفت و آمد در طی ماموریتها به عهده سازمان است.
Responsibilities:
Conduct field marketing and customer acquisition across Iraq and build direct relationships with travel agencies
Build and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver services with strong sales skills
Deliver professional presentations in Arabic based on company strategies
Communicate with customers by phone when needed
Collaborate with internal teams in Persian (Farsi) for coordination and reporting
Provide professional presentations to travel agencies, including initial training on how to use the company’s system and services
Plan and identify target travel agencies in the Iraqi market and conduct prioritized, targeted visits
Requirements:
Familiarity with the tourism and travel industry
Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales skills
Full fluency in Arabic and Persian (Farsi)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
Proficiency in computer operation and Microsoft Office software
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in the tourism industry
Travel and accommodation expenses during business trips will be covered by the company.
