سرپرست کنترل کیفیت | Quality Control Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• انجام بازدیدهای میدانی از سایت پروژه‌های اجرایی جهت اطمینان از صحت کیفیت در مرحله اجرا.
• حضور در جلسات هفتگی داخلی، با پیمانکاران و کارفرمای پروژه.
• بررسی و تایید مدارک کنترل کیفیت پروژه‌ها.
• اعلام، کنترل و پیگیری رفع موارد نامنطبق NCR در هر یک از پروژه‌های جاری.
• کنترل و مدیریت روزانه عملکرد پرسنل تیم کنترل کیفیت سایت در دیسیپلین‌های مختلف.
• برقراری ارتباط مستقیم و ارائه گزارش‌های روزانه به رئیس کنترل کیفیت دفتر تهران.
• نظارت، کنترل و بررسی دیتابیس‌های پروژه‌های مختلف.
• کنترل کمی و کیفی احجام کارکرد پیمانکاران.
• نظارت، کنترل و تایید عملکرد تیم بازرسی شخص ثالث پروژه.
• تهیه و به‌روزرسانی هفتگی Issue Log مربوط به پروژه‌ها.
• تهیه، کنترل و به‌روزرسانی کلیه دستورالعمل‌های کنترل کیفیت و ITPهای مربوط به پروژه.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل 15 سال سابقه کار در پروژه‌های نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی متالورژی، مهندسی شیمی یا بازرسی فنی.
• تسلط کامل به فرایند بازرسی کالا، روند تهیه و تایید مدارک کنترل کیفیت.
• شناخت کاملی از استانداردهای بین‌المللی و داخلی مربوط به هر بخش.
• حداقل در دو پروژه EPC سابقه مدیریت تیم کنترل کیفیت سایت در همه دیسیپلین‌ها داشته باشد. 
• حداقل گواهینامه بازرسی جوش سطح دو RTI ،PT ،MT ،UT از مراکز معتبر.
• ترجیحاً توانایی تفسیر فیلم‌های رادیوگرافی داشته باشد.
• مسلط به تست‌های مورد نیاز پروژه‌های نفتی در دیسیپلین‌های مختلف.
• متقاضیان باید ساکن اهواز باشند.

Job Description:
• Field Visits to the Implementation Project site to ensure quality in the implementation stage
• Attend weekly meetings with contractors and project employer
• Review and verify project quality control documents
• Announcement, Control and Follow -up of Inappropriate NCR items in any of the current projects
• Daily control and management of site quality control staff in different disciplines
• Direct communication and presentation of daily reports to the Head of Quality Control of Tehran Office
• Monitor, control and review the databases of different projects
• Quantitative and qualitative control of contractors' performance
• Supervision, control and approve the performance of the project's third -party inspection team
• Project weekly update and update ISSUE LOG
• Provide, control and update all quality control instructions and project ITPs
Conditions:
• At least 15 years of experience in oil, gas and petrochemical projects
• Minimum undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering or metallurgy or chemistry or technical inspection
• Full mastery of the process of inspection of the goods, the process of preparing and confirming the quality control documents
• Full recognition of international and domestic standards related to each sector
• At least in the two EPC projects, the management quality management team has the experience of all disciplines.
• Minimum level of boiling inspection of two RTI, PT, MT, UT from valid centers
• Preferably be able to interpret radiographic films.
• Mastery of the tests needed by oil projects in different disciplines
• Applicants must reside in Ahwaz.
